Description for the Louisville Slugger TPX Omaha Composite: SL94 Senior League:
For 7 of the past 10 years the National Championship at the College World Series has gone to teams swinging Louisville Slugger TPX bats exclusively. Louisville Slugger proudly introduces the TPX Omaha Composite, an internally designed and manufactured composite baseball bat. Pros: feels light and allows quick hands
Cons: this bat feels very plasticky and has very little pop. It is ok for those who try and hit small base hits through holes and over the infield but if you want to have deep power this is not the bat for you. The bat feels hollow when it contacts the ball.

Pros: If your swing is strong it's the best bat out there for the $. Very soft- no sting. Lasts and lasts- and lasts.
Cons: Slower or weaker swings will be disappointed. Takes 300+ hits to break in.

Pros: allows you to get through the zone fast
Cons: grip does not last long had to put grip tape on about 3 months through and has no pop after 4 months

Pros: Seems to have good pop for a big hitter. Ball flies off it if he can get around on the pitch.
Cons: It seems much heavier than the same bat, earlier edition. I have a big 8 year old who uses it and the 29/21 is a little heavy for him. However, he should be able to grow into it as the bat continues to get broken in.
