Yes, the CF5 DXCFC is a very good option for your size. It has a tremendous amount of pop.
i am a power hitter and i was just wondering, would a bat like this (2-piece composite) or say a bat such as the Rawlings 5150 (1-piece aluminum) help me generate more power?
It would come down to personally preference. The two-piece design of the CF5 would add for extra whip with the barrel. The one-piece 5150 has a solid feel with less flex which can add for more barrel control.
