Ask A QuestionIs this bat marked "Tee Ball"? If so, what is the difference between a Tee Ball and Coach Pitch bat? This is for a 5-year-old.
The 2013 Easton Speed: TB13SP is a Tee Ball bat. Tee Ball bats are not meant to hit pitched balls. If your player is in a Coach Pitch league, I would consider a Junior Big Barrel/Coach Pitch bat.
Why does the Easton website show different weights for this bat than you have on your website?
We only carry the 24" 11 oz., 25" 12 oz., and 26" 13 oz. models of the 2013 Easton Speed: TB13SP Tee Ball bat.
whats your opinion on bats for a 6yr old pitch little league? I know this is a "t-ball" bat but most of the kids in our league are to small for a 27" bat. since this bat is alloy and not composite do see any problems with using this in a 6yr old coach pitch league?
The Easton Speed TB13SP will be specifically designed for Tee Ball play. I would suggest a Junior Big Barrel bat such as the Easton XL3 JBB13X3 for a Coach Pitch league. Refer to a league official or coach to determine barrel sizes allowed for play in your league.
