The 2013 Louisville Slugger TPX Omaha XL: SL136XL Senior League can be used in ages 13 and up and little league intermediate(50/70).
Which bat would you recommend? This or the 2013 DeMarini CF5?
Both are good bats. The Louisville Slugger TPX Omaha XL and the DeMarini CF5 Senior League are balanced bats. The Omaha is a one-piece alloy and will have a bigger 2 3/4" barrel, whereas the CF5 is a two-piece composite and will have more flex.
Can I use it for Pony?
The 2013 Louisville Slugger TPX Omaha XL: SL136XL Senior League is not legal in Pony League, as it has a 2 3/4" barrel, which are not allowed at any level in Pony League. The 2013 Louisville Slugger TPX Omaha: SL136 Senior League, which has a 2 5/8" barrel, would be legal in all age divisions of Pony League.
