Pros: I am the owner of two Hitting Facilities in Central Florida. I have seen almost every bat come available. My son also plays year round and has had the following bats: Easton S3, Louisville Slugger Vertex, Easton Omen, and a Worth Prodigy. This bat has out performed every single one of those bats. The Prodigy may have a little more pop but its durability is TERRIBLE. The Rip it is very balanced, has a great feel, and allows for good barrel control. You will not find a more durable bat in its class. Cons:

Pros: got in today 9 year old likes better than his s3 & cf5 seems to have as good or better pop than s3 way more than cf5 30/20 Cons:none

I purchased my son the 2012 RIP-IT bat last year, just like the new 2013 model. His is red and he loved it. He started off great this year with it and is having the highest batting average but the last few games it seems like it is losing it's pop. My question is, does the alloy lose it's pop? Also is the new 2013 RIP-IT better then last year?

The new 2013 RIP-IT Prototype: B1310 Senior League will have the new Acoustic Barrel R 1 Alloy which is certainly a upgrade for the older models.
