This bat is ASA certified which usually indicates it is legal for High School. Please check with your coach or league official to be sure.

The -8 and -10 basically means the length of the bat minus the weight of the bat. For instance, if the bat is a 33 inch bat and weighs 23 ounces. 33-23=10 so that bat would be a -10. If the bat is a 33" bat and is 25 ounces, 33-25=8 so it would be a -8 bat.
