COMBAT's Handle Isolation Technology (HIT) connects the handle to the barrel with polymeric visco-elastic dampeners to isolate all vibration and prevent it from reaching the hitter's hands. Known for their hot out of the wrapper bats, COMBAT has brought Separation Barrier to the Wanted. This technology creates free movement between barrel walls, resulting in ZERO break-in period. The Wanted also gets a durability boost from Nanocomp Technology Inside the barrel that fills in the microscopic gaps in the Blended Fiber. The Youth Wanted also features a double sweet spot, single wall contstuction, and a super light swing weight. Maybe the laws of physics WERE meant to be broken.... COMBAT: For Players, By Players! The Wanted is approved for play in USSSA, Pony, AABC, Babe Ruth, Dixie, and LLB. It is backed by a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Very nice bat Greg parent

Pros: My son is 6yrs old and a above avg player. He likes the bat and says he doesn't feel any sting anymore. Bat has good pop, he just had a game and all 3 hits were solid to the outfield.

Cons: The 27" has a small sweet spot on the barrel. Most of the bat is the same size as where you hold the bat. If your child has problems connecting with the sweet spot, I would get this bat.

Real nice bat Gage's Dad parent

Pros: My son is an above average 10u and is swinging a -10 drop. This bat really brought out the hitting in him. The bat has a funny sound to it, but who cares. Who cares about white grips getting dirty. 2 triples, 1 double, at the first game with it. Wish we had a 200 ft. fence on the trips. We are almost done with our regular season and the bat is still nasty! That's 35 games and no problems with it at all.

Cons: None. I will give a review after Fall ball too.

Good bat, terrible durability The Boss player

Pros: Has pretty good pop and absolutely no vibration at all.

Cons: Has absolutely pathetic durability. The day we got it the end cap looked like it was gonna fly off any second and the grip was a dark brown after a day of nearly using it. Also, the connecter came off after three days, which is absolutely pathetic. It also takes a very long time to brake in.

TINY BARREL JB coach

Pros: Good feel while swinging Lower Price

Cons: Seems "cheaply" made comparable to other bats Tiny Barrel makes hitting more difficult and sweet spot harder to use

combat wanted 32/20 11 year old Major's allstar. parent

Pros: This youth bat has a good balanced feel, with decent pop. There isnt a large sweet spot like the Easton Mako because the barrel isnt as long, but it still has a good size sweet spot. My son likes it but not as much as the Mako, plus his coach has convinced him to use the Mako instead.

Cons: nothing bad, great bat for the price and only takes around 100 hits (with softballs) to break in.

ALMOST BaseballDad coach

Pros: Durable, Good looking , balanced swing weight with moderate pop and no vibration.

Cons: I would absolutely love this bat if I didnt already own the Combat Pure Gear. The Pure Gear is the 2014 model and has substantially more POP. I have been able to compare both bats. The Wanted is a good bat but not as good as the Pure Gear. The Wanted does however beat most of the bats that are on the market .

In the bat description it states that there is a zero break in period. Is that true given that this is a composite bat? howebomber

Damon
Which is a lighter swinging bat? The Combat Wanted -12 drop or the Combat B2 Reloaded -12 drop. Presto
The 2014 COMBAT Wanted: WANYB112 Youth has a slightly lighter swing weight than the COMBAT B2 Reloaded.
Kara
Which bat has the lighter swing weight? COMBAT Pure Gear -12 or COMBAT Wanted -12? jc
The 2014 COMBAT Wanted: WANYB112 Youth will have a similar swing weight as the COMBAT Pure Gear.
Kara
What is the difference between the Wanted Bat and the Reloaded Bat? And can those 2 bats be in a bat pack? Smitty
The 2014 COMBAT Wanted: WANYB112 Youth is a two-piece composite bat. The main difference is that the Reloaded bat is a one-piece. The bat packs we have are compiled with bats that are already discounted. Since the Wanted is brand-new, it will not be placed in a bat pack for some time.

My son is 4'3" and 55 lbs. He is more of a contact hitter than a power hitter. We have a Combat Reloaded in 29/17 he used last year but im thinking abt getting this Combat Wanted in 29/17. I know the Wanted is a two piece and the Reloaded is a one piece. Given his size, is there any advantages with one bat over the other? Would the 29/17 be too much bat for him? jody
Based on your son's height and weight, the 29 inch model of the 2014 COMBAT Wanted (WANYB112) Youth bat would be a good size for him. The two-piece design will offer more flex through the zone which will create a whipping motion that will whip the bat head forward at the point of contact. The additional flex can help increase bat head speed to produce more power. Also, the two-piece design can offer a bit more sting and vibration reduction in the handle of the bat. This can help the player's confidence to swing through the pitch rather than being scared of stinging his hands.

What is the difference between the COMBAT Wanted and the Easton MAKO? Dd
The 2014 COMBAT Wanted (WANYB112) features a two-piece, high performing composite design. The COMBAT Wanted has a large sweet spot and a -12 length to weight ratio. The MAKO will feature a -11 length to weight ratio and a slightly larger sweet spot. The MAKO also has a very balanced swing weight. Both feature some of the hottest composites available.

Does the COMBAT Wanted come in a 2 5/8" barrel? My son would need a 29/12. Palm Desert
The 2014 COMBAT Wanted: (WANSL110) Senior League features a 29/19 with a 2 5/8" barrel diameter. However, we unfortunately do not have a -12. The -10 is the next lightest size that we have available in the big barrel.

My son is currently using a lower end DeMarini 27/15. He will be playing traveling baseball on a 9U extremely competitive team. Its time to upgrade to an elite bat. He is 50" tall and weighs 69 lbs. He is a line drive hitter and would need a bat he can get through the zone quickly. Would this be a good upgrade for him? Rich
Based on his height and weight, we recommend a 28" model in the 2014 COMBAT Wanted Youth Baseball Bat (WANYB112). The Wanted is one of the lightest and most balanced bats on the market. It will help a player generate quick bat speed. The two-piece design and balanced swing weight are ideal features for a line drive hitter.
Jason
Does this bat have as long of a barrel as the MAKO? curios
No, the 2014 COMBAT Wanted Youth Baseball Bat (WANYB112) will not feature as long of a barrel as the Easton MAKO model.
Kelby
Does this bat meet 1.15 BPF? Zeke
Yes, the 2014 COMBAT Wanted Youth Baseball Bat (WANYB112) has the 1.15 BPF stamp. It is approved for play in USSSA, Dixie, Pony, Babe Ruth, LLB, and AABC.
Chinyere
What is the coldest temperature this bat should be played in? We live in PA and when the season starts at times it's less than 50 degrees, actually probably less than 40 degrees. Vin
We would recommend not using your 2014 COMBAT Wanted Youth Baseball Bat (WANYB112) below 55 degrees. When it gets cold the baseball is actually the culprit. It becomes much denser and harder and the barrels on bats are not made to handle the harder baseball potentially causing damage to the barrel.
Jake
Do you think a young 12 year old power hitter should use this over the mako? RBI KING
The COMBAT Wanted Youth Baseball Bat (WANYB112) features a two-piece full composite design with a balanced swing weight. The 2015 Easton MAKO Youth Baseball Bat (YB15MK) does feature a similar design, however it also has a sharper barrel taper and a larger sweet spot.
Joe
