Pros: Incredible pop with almost no vibration. Massive sweet spot. Believe the reviews. Bat is that good. Son driving ball 20-30 feet further right out of wrapper. Hits like it should be illegal-but it is not! Need good mechanics to swing though - moderately end-loaded.
Cons: None.
Pros: Bought this bat for my 10yr old boy who loves it (29/21). Used the 2013 S1 big barrel last year (30/10) and was a little worried about the XL1 being to end loaded so I bought the shorter yet slightly weightier XL1. Perfect fit and the amount of power generated of the S1 is big! If I would have went with the 30" XL1 it would have been too heavy. S1 is a great bat but was just looking for more power and we got it now.
Cons: My son has complained about vibration but had the same amount in the 2013 S1.
Pros: Insane pop if your kids is not that strong don't get it
Cons: It's a drop 8 so you need to be strong
Pros: crap ton of pop, hit well right out of the wrapper, not a lot of end-load, not a lot of vibration, just an overall great bat
Cons: This one is kinda obvious, but the price!
Pros: This is the best bat I've ever seen it has so much pop
Cons: None
Pros: Amasing bat feels pop is awesome and no vibration
Cons: Nothing
Pros: This bat is the best bat ever. No sting an amazing pop
Cons: price
Pros: Everything about it
Cons: none
Pros: >Monster Sweet spot (Very forgiving) >Slight end load for power hitters >Very light feel >Tons of Pop
Cons: >Pricey but worth it!
Pros: fist day i got it i thought i wasnt going to do good because it was end loeded and i normaly use tge cf5 so i capled up my friend to do soft toss and as soon as i hit it i hit a hard line drive straight to the fence(296) im allso 6,1 and 195lbs so i recamend this for big power hitters and is also hard to hit homeruns off of soft toss
Cons: it chips realy fast it one ball took about an inch of paint
Pros: Had the Mako big barrel and it does not have as much power as the xl1. if your a contact hitter you should get this bat. I hit about .333 with mako and about .450 xl1. the mako is a good bat for power hitters that have mass swings but the xl1 is perfect for kids like me, I'm 4'11 93 pounds and a great contact hitter and I switched just a few weeks ago and the xl1 has way more power then the mako But the xl1 is a heavy bat but it's still a great bat can't miss the sweet spot (same with mako) and just an overall great bat.
Cons: Nothing
Pros: nice grip,no vibration,well built
Cons: no pop out of the box, the ball falls off the bat, not impressed at all, bought it for my 10 yr old son who is 95lb bat is a dud, wish I could get my money back
Pros: Good pop
Cons: The pop doesn't last that long
Pros: Good pop
Cons: There isn't any
Pros: this bat is honestly insane! the ball just flys off the bat. its almost impossible to not square one up with this bat. the barrel is 17 inches long.
Cons: nothing much. the grip i dont like but i personally just dont like easton grip
Pros: Very good pop with a very large barrel and sweet spot, but 3 different scales all weighed this bat at an incredible 2.5 oz. over sticker weight!
Cons: If your son can handle an endloaded -8 that actually weighs in at -5.5 (an incredible 2.5 oz. over it's sticker weight), this bat will work well for him. But you should judge the performance of this bat against -5's and not -8's, being as that it doesn't weigh anywhere close to a -8.
Pros: My son raked with this bat in 10U Utrip National World Series. Batted the highest on his team with it at .700avg. Even the bad miss hits were rocketed. We've tried a lot of other bats, voodoo, CF5, Attack, S1, combats and others even the xl3 but this is the one he likes. The barrel on this bat is the biggest out of any other bats. He's not a big kid either 4' 8" 65 lbs but has a better then average swing. I got this bat at some ridiculous price here at just bats think it was 129.
Cons: The ends are chipping. The grip on the 29" is so small you almost can't choke up on it. Heavy end loaded so make sure you can swing it 1st.
Pros: Nice bat with a good pop until it dents.
Cons: My 9 year old has dented two Easton Bats. Easton was good about replacing the first one, but will not replace the second one because it falls outside of the original purchase date and 1 year warranty. Very disappointed in Easton. If they would build a product that lasts, we wouldn't need to ask for a replacement and when they won't honor a second defective bat, it is very disappointing.
Pros: Big sweet spot. I used it in the LLWS and at cooperstown and it was amazing.
Cons: Alot of money but its worth it
Pros: super durable... litle pop though
Cons: none
Pros: Big sweet spot, great for inside pitches Good pop Great choice for making transition from -11, 2 1/4 bat size
Cons: End loaded, not a con as much as something to he aware of as it feels heavier.
Pros: feels light
Cons: no pop lots of vibration
