Pros: Nice looking bat....Main reason we got the bat in the first place (last time I'm letting my daughter do that!!) Customer service at Anderson is good.
Cons: We bought this last Fall for our daughter who was 12 at the time. She is young enough to still play 12A but has been playing on a 13u team that plays 14s/16s div tournaments. Unfortunately, this bat just did not work for her. The first bat had a weird rattle, felt like something was loose. She attended a college clinic and one of the coaches looked it over and told us she was 99.9% sure it was defective. We returned it to Anderson and they were very nice about sending out a new one (I had to pay shipping costs though). The second one came and again it had the same weird rattle and it hurt/vibrated/stung every time daughter hit with it (same as the other one). Anderson had us send that bat back--no shipping costs this time. The third bat we received has the same rattle/stinging vibration when she hits. It also has a split along a seam--we can feel where it's separated. Our daughter has owned DeMarini's in the past and has never had any problems with them whatsoever.

Pros: Excellent slap hitting bat. Purchased the 31" x 31oz for our high school team slappers, they love it, most comfortable grip we ever had, also a very long grip good for our slappers when choking up. Highly recommend this bat for your slappers

About the Brand
A High-Tech Engineer, a Sales Manager for a chemical company, and a Professional Yacht Racer with a background in mechanical engineering are not likely to have much in common. But they did, and still do. You guessed it…SOFTBALL.
Our passion for “Diamond” sports goes back many years, but it was about 10 years ago that we started manufacturing and private labeling our bats for other companies. In 1999, Steven Anderson designed a new multi-wall high-performance bat that featured our patented “Power Arch” technology. After thorough testing, it was ready for the company that we designed it for, but they were going through a transition period and were not ready to move on it.
Here was the bummer, our team was counting on using these bats in a big tournament that was just a month away and we could not put their graphics on the bats until the deal between the two of us was inked.
Steven offered a solution … they are already certified by the governing bodies so why don’t we put our own graphics on them and use them in the tourney. What a great idea and that is exactly what we did.
I was driving to the plant the next morning wearing my championship “T” shirt and had no idea that when I arrived at 6:30 am that the message machine would be filled and the phones would be ringing. The messages and the calls were all basically the same … “How do I get my hands on one of those new Anderson Techwraps”?
That is how it started, and since then we have released the FlexTech, FastTech, RocketTech, TechZilla, Pyrotech, and we are not done.
Let me tell you a little secret……THE BEST IS YET TO COME…GO DEEP, GO VERY VERY DEEP
