Sweet Bat Braydon Tucker player
Pros: It was an overall great bat it had awesome pop, great feel, and wasnt cheap cuz its a great bat!
Cons: none
Mr S Wood player
Pros: The CF6 and CF7, both seem to have more pop and less vibration than the CF5, are very similar in performance and swing weight.
Cons: The CF6 is quite a bit cheaper than the CF7, if you can find one.
Amazing Daniel Faccini player
Pros: i love this bat, it is my first bbcor bat. Being a little worried i wont get enough bat speed to drive the ball i got a 30 inch. Balance: the balance is amazing for a bbcor bat Sweet Spot/Pop: i love the pop on this bat, personally i think it has more pop but its really personal preference. the sweet spot is fairly big for a 30 inch bbcor bat. Vibration: In my experience i have had ZERO vibration! a really good plus for me :D General Feel: This bat has a really good feeling when you square up a ball, its different from my 2014 Easton XL1, but in a good way.
Cons: Better Grip would be nice. Buying a bat is honestly up to what kind of hitter you are and your preferences, always swing the bat before buying it. Good Luck finding the bat that's right for you!
BOOM Dingersfordaysss player
Pros: This bat rocks. I have had it for about a month and hitting with it everyday, the bat is already broken in. The pop is insane. In my last tourney, hit a huge double about 320 to the wall and that ball jumped off my bat! Feel is very nice and the vibration is practically none thanks to the cool handle. The sound is a nice and clean "smack" and the ball absolutely jumps off this bat. Even the singles I hit off my front foot at times would get off the barrel quickly. Definitely recommend this bat!
Cons: Grip is ok. Might want to put a lizard skin on it. Depends on how you feel
CF7 rader_felumlee player
Pros: Amazing feel and pop. Definitely be hitting dingers with this bat. I got the Rip-it Air Elite and the connection part separated. I returned that to get the best bat on the market.
Cons: This bat does not require a "cons" section it's so BA.
aeesome bat for a bbcor newt gosage player
Pros: Increased swing speed, and no vibration
Cons: If any it would be the grip
best bbcor ever newt gosage player
Pros: Increased swing speeds, no vibration, and the ball really jumps off this bat.
Cons: Maybe if any the grip
Good bat Jon stice player
Pros: Everything but onething
Cons: The grip
Good bat but ...... Youknowme1 player
Pros: This bat has so much pop and is very balanced.
Cons: After a month during a game I squared the ball up good and i felt the handle pop and the knob of the bat flew off
college player Travis player
Pros: Good grip and pop.
Cons: One week in Florida it broke at the webbed area on a ball hit on the barrel. It was on video to confirm where it hit hopefully they will replace.
awful james johnson player
Pros: none
Cons: overpriced
SAME THING AS CF6!!!! Jack Miller player
Pros: Great bat. I love it. Same as last one. Good Pop Good balance.
Cons: I upgraded to this from the CF6 and there literally is no difference. This is just demarini trying to grab more money... I would definitely just save $200 and go with last years.
Best BBCOR Gman player
Pros: This things is so light. Went to a demo tried this against the louisville slugger 915, Mako, Mako Torq, and Louisville Slugger 715. This things barrel is massive and the ball flies off the bat, you don't really even feel the ball just a light impact on the bat. Has a great sound and I'm looking forward to wrecking with this thing in highschool
Cons: Everyone keep checking it out and wanting to use it also the barrel gets kinda marked up but that happens when you hit baseballs, but wanted it to stay pristine for just a few weeks longer
Why You Should Get This Bat ! Hunter Pence player
Pros: This bat has Great pop and a great handle. I play for the MLB and i haven't got to hit a ball with these kind of bats its the best quality you can get.
Cons: No Cons for this Bat
Get the mako mp44 player
Pros: One of if not the lightest bats out there
Cons: Previously have always owned demarinis (Cf4, 5, 6) but now they are losing to easton. This bat is lighter than the cf6 and mako, but far less pop. Also as I am older this bat feels too light, like there is not enough weight in the barrel. For this price point, I would go with the mako
BANGGGGG charlie player
Pros: Durible, great pop, great overall feel. Once this MONSTER is broken in, (and even before it is) it is the best bat on the market. I have been using this bat for about a month now and im in love with it.
Cons: NONE!!!
the bat is good lebron player
Pros: good has pop
Cons: got it in the fall the bat died in febuary
Awesome bat chalinga7 player

demarini cf7 cole player
Pros: great bat ball jumps off with very little vibration

awesome bat mandy g parent

Cons: none
Great bat. Jonathan player
Pros: Good speed through the zone. Good pop with no vibration. Great balance.
Cons: Might have to change the grip.
Awesome Bat samw16 player
Pros: This bat has a lot of pop. It feels good in your hands and the 2-piece construction gives you the whip feeling through the zone. I have had this bat for 3 weeks and have hit with it in cages and the ball flies of the bat. I would reccomend this bat to any contact hitter. If you want a BBCOR bat, get this one!
Cons: The grip wears away a little to quick, but a $10 lizards skin can fix that.
AWESOME BAT ballcrusher12 player
Pros: Great pop!!! Feels great in hand!! Very balanced for a bbcor bat!!
Cons: NOTHING
Excellent Performance Marc parent
Pros: The bat is extremely balanced which allows for generation of greater bat speed from a smaller player swinging his first BBCOR bat. The bat is well constructed and lives up to its excellent reputation. The bat is the first choice for middle school teammates who always want to use it.
Cons: The grip could use significant improvement. It is soft but is showing signs of wear early in the bat's life.
All CF7s not created Equally Dave parent
Pros: Easy to Swing. Looks Great. Feels Great. Worth the money with a caveat. The CF7 -5 is the only bat to buy if your son is going to swing this model. It has the most Pop of any legal BAT I have seen. That is compared to the -8 CF7, Mako and other Easton Bat models. The -5 is at least 15 to 20 feet further than the -8 on almost every fly ball. Ground balls that were getting gobbled up by the infielders are now getting through with ease. This is watching hundreds of swings with each bat and other bats, batting practice, live practice, and games.
Cons: The -8 has about the same pop as any $80 dollar Bat off the rack at any sporting goods store. I am not sure of the difference between the -8 and the -5, but hopefully they will narrow the gap in the CF8. I gave this Bat a 4 star rating on POP because the Pop on the -8 is very average, but the -5 is hard to believe it until you see it over and over again.
Nice Bat mw parent
Pros: great pop out of the wrapper. balanced and nice design.
Cons: none so far
A Nice Bat jacob player
Pros: looks good, feels good, sounds good, and generally is good
Cons: grip isnt too nice
great bat fall baseball player
Pros: a good bat for boys who have to use bbcor but are smaller size body type
Cons: none.
No Pop Luke22 player
Pros: ok bat for contact hitters i guess.
Cons: NO POP. I hit with wood bat 350 to 375 feet. this bat i hardly hit 275. bat was dead. ordered a new Mako XL and back to driving the ball 350 pluss. dont recommend this for power hitters.
CF7 Joe Shmo player
Pros: hits good, good pop
Cons: small sweet spot breaks easily
Pretty Good Aidan player
Pros: practically no vibrations good overall feel well built good pop
Cons: it IS end heavy if you are a little guy
Its ok A Player player
Pros: Its super light and efficient. Very easy to swing and is very good for contact hitters.
Cons: Well, first off it's very flexible or even bends every time you hit the ball so power gets taken away. Not for power hitters or hitters looking to hit the ball far.
CF7 Peter Duf player
Pros: I have a 34 and it feels like a 32. INSANE balance. Tons of pop if squared up. Minimal vibration. Great look.
Cons: If you get jammed or roll over its a for sure groundout.
Great bat! John Crabb parent
Pros: Good weighting Good pop
Cons: None
good bat Manny player
Pros: The bat is very nice, last week I hit my first homerun ever with my 1st time ever using this bat, it is super good.
Cons: nothing
great bat DELK player
Pros: this bat is a very good bat and i have had it about a week or 2. but i would recremend this bat to every one.
Cons: the grip aint that good but its good. and the vibration aint that grest if u hit it at the end of the bat but overall the best bat ive ever use and dont let this make.u change your mind bc its a very good bat.
good bat bom squad player
Pros: When u get the ball right on the sweet spot it flys!
Cons: the grip is not so great
Bends Zach player
Pros: Good Pop Great Speed Grip is good
Cons: Bent after the First month, I sent it in and they wouldn't replace it saying "it wasn't bent enough". A bat shouldn't be bent at all.
Durability Issues 10U Parent parent
Pros: Good pop, good balance, good feel.
Cons: Durability issues, have had two 29/19's bust within 8 months. First one busted within 3 weeks of purchase, second after about 4 months of use. For $350, that's not very good...
Luck of the draw Will coach
Pros: Nice balance bat.
Cons: My son plays USSSA 10U on a AAA. We have 6 of these bats in our team. 2 of the bats (2 3/4) were bought before the end of 2015, 3 (2 3/4) were bought in January, and 1 (2 5/8) in February of 2016. The 3 bats that were bought in January are already severely cracked. We practice in an indoor facility and ONLY baseballs have been hit with this bat. Very disappointing as we own a CF6 and we never had any issues with it.

About the Brand
In 1992, DeMarini Sports had something to celebrate. The three-year-old company had climbed a rung on the proverbial ladder of success, moving its world headquarters from a dirt-floored barn to a slightly larger metal shack. "It was a big move for us," recalled Ray DeMarini from the batting cage of DeMarini Sport’s present-day Bat Industrial Complex. "The new shop was larger, more storm resistant, and -best of all- it had a heater."
In the early days, DeMarini Sports hardly made a blip on the radar screen of softball. With no retailers and virtually no advertising budget, DeMarini grew steadily by selling high-performance bats directly to customers. While established companies made "juiced" bats for the pros and ordinary bats for the public, DeMarini focused on making one line of high-performance bats for pros and amateurs alike. This approach, combined with a passion for the sport, led to the greatest innovation in softball history - the world’s first multi-wall bat: the DeMarini Doublewall.
Released in 1993, the DeMarini Doublewall was the world’s first multi-wall bat. Like a modern golf driver or oversized tennis racket, the Doublewall had a giant "sweetspot," which allowed average players to hit like pros. DeMarini’s sales exploded, and before long opposing bat manufacturers to notice. DeMarini - a homegrown company led by a softball fanatic - had shaken the establishment silly.
To understand the rise of the DeMarini Dynasty, you need to know Ray DeMarini. A cult hero among avid players, Ray DeMarini emerged on the professional softball scene at the age of 40, a veritable geriatric among younger players. With a scientific approach to training, a batting speed of 96 miles-per-hour and a bombastic attitude, DeMarini fast earned a reputation as a savage competitor.
In June of 1987, ESPN launched a nationwide search for a hardcore player to advise on a series of instructional softball videos. When approached by producer Erich Lytle, the biggest boys in softball repeatedly spoke of a five-foot-seven softball giant—Ray DeMarini. DeMarini had mastered reflex hitting, a technique that drops the ball squarely between the infield and outfield. Impressed with DeMarini's knowledge and scientific approach to training, Lytle not only hired Ray as an advisor—he hired him as the host. Together, they produced Ray DeMarini's Reflex Hitting System, ESPN's most successful home video to date.
Having garnered national recognition through ESPN, Ray turned his efforts toward designing a high-performance bat for the masses. To accomplish this, he needed an engineer. "Not just an engineer," he said, "but a boot-strapping rocket scientist who could build an empire with pocket change." Ray's call was answered by Mike Eggiman. Having grown up on a farm, Eggiman was adept at making the most of a situation. Case in point: the company's first piece of automated bat-making equipment had the heart of an abandoned washing machine.
With Eggiman as Chief Engineer, DeMarini Sports delivered a series of industry firsts: the first multi-wall bat (Doublewall Distance), the first high-performance bat for massive players (Fatboy) and the first high-performance youth bat (Black Coyote).
In 2000, DeMarini joined forces with Wilson Sporting Goods to develop the next generation of hitting technology. Ray believed it was a perfect fit, as both companies shared a vision of developing game-enhancing equipment for avid players. What’s more, the companies had complimentary products: Wilson was the leader in gloves, balls and protective gear, while DeMarini made the world’s finest bats. According to Chris Considine, Vice President/General Manager of Wilson Sporting Goods: "The thing that struck me most about DeMarini was their passion for sports and their true competitiveness.
Within a year, DeMarini unveiled the industry’s first concept bat, the $35,000 F1. Secured under lock and key at the DeMarini Bat Industrial Complex in Hillsboro, Oregon, the F1 served as a technological storehouse for future products, including DeMarini’s landmark Half & Half system.
In December 2001, 12 years after the genesis of DeMarini Sports, Ray DeMarini died of cancer in his Northwest Portland home. He was 55. The next summer, the Portland Metro Softball Association paid homage to the “King of Softball” with the dedication of Ray DeMarini Field. Formerly known as Delta #1, the field was DeMarini’s favorite place to test bats during the early days of business. Ray DeMarini—bat maker and player extraordinaire—was remembered for his high-performance softball bats and unwavering encouragement of everyday players. Today, a 40-foot sign announcing RAY DEMARINI FIELD graces the outfield, and an interpretive display chronicling Ray’s life greets players as they register for games.
More "Insane Dedication to Performance" is in store for tomorrow.
