Pros: I just got this bat and have used it a few times. It has tons of pop and the barrel is massive. So far it feels great and i haven't felt any vibration at all in any of the swings i have taken. The grip feels great and when swinging it felt like a 32" but it was really a 33".

Pros: Pros: The bat has great pop and gripping. I hardly get any vibration and when I swing the bat's weight reduces which in return giving have a better swing and farther hit balls. All around a great bat.

Cons: Cons: NONE! or at least I haven't found any yet. I've had this bat for about 2 months now and I practiced with is every other day into my hitting net. I can't say it's the best bat ever becuase no bat can be absolutely perfect.

Pros: Bat has great pop! Right out of the wrapper. My 14 year old son is not a "big guy" but he's crushing the ball. Line drives straight out to centerfield fence. More of contact hitter than power hitter. Big difference compared to Mizuno Covert. Bat is balanced, feels like 32-29. Son says compared to more expensive bats, this Combat Maxum is just as good at a much better price.

Cons: The only con is the Lizard Skin grip tape. It's too thin and is coming unglued. Will need to replace. Only had bat for 2 weeks so hopefully no other cons will arise.

This 2017 COMBAT MAXUM BBCOR Baseball Bat: AB7MX103 comes with an all-composite build to it. In the past, composite bats have required a break-in period to show game ready performance. However, this 2017 version should only require a limited break-in (if any) before showing game-ready performance. I would imagine that a few rounds of BP or a day of hitting off the tee for a day should be sufficient to get it ready for top performance.

The 2017 COMBAT MAXUM BBCOR Baseball Bat: AB7MX103 is pretty hot out of the wrapper and it really does not require much of a break-in period. However, we suggest taking about 50-10 swings off a tee while rotating the barrel a quarter turn every few swings. It is best to gradually work your swing speed up from about 50% to 1005. Ideally, you do not want to use the bat in temperatures below 55 degrees.
