Description

After years of producing the highest performing all-metal bats on the market, Anderson is doing things differently this season. The NanoTek design has been revamped and made into a two-piece alloy/composite hybrid. Don't worry though, many of the same technologies remain and many more have been added to make this NanoTek the best yet! The thing that really sets the NanoTek apart is Anderson's LaunchPad which gives this bat the largest, most explosive, effective hitting area of any bat in the game. LaunchPad is an integral blend of complex nano-metallic and aluminum alloys that are molecularly bonded to create a barrel structure that results in a single metal wall. The patented LaunchPad combination delivers more strength and pop than any solo material or combination ever tried. By elastically strengthening the hitting area, the LaunchPad gives players the most reactive barrel in the game... with no break-in period required. Every feature of the NanoTek is designed to provide the hitter with the ultimate in performance. From the TrueFlex End Cap and TaperFlex Contour that aid in vibration management, to the Ergonomic Weldless knob that provides phenomenal comfort, the NanoTek will exceed your wildest expectations about what an Anderson bat can do for your game. Anderson: Manufactured With Pride in the USA! The NanoTek features the new ASA stamp and is approved for play in ASA, USSSA, NSA, and ISA. It is backed by a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Solid bat Jon player

Pros: Nice singles and doubles bat for the normal hitter. HR hitters - Use this bat if your in a league that limits the long ball and you've drawn the short straw. Swing away, it will bounce off the fence instead of going over. Very nice feel, not much vibration Deceptive sound ball off the bat - takes away fielders ability to judge distance and speed.

Cons: Has the "tink" sound of yesterday

Why does Anderson not make a USSSA approved bat that is not ASA approved? Justin
That would be a question for Anderson. I recommend contacting them at 1-888-777-4487.
Tyler
Why does the photo of this bat on JustBats.com look different from the photo on the Anderson website? Andrew
Currently, AndersonBat.com does not have this Anderson NanoTek SP Alpha (NANOSPA) Slow Pitch bat pictured on their web site: http://www.andersonbat.com/slowpitch.asp. They do list some fastpitch softball NanoTek models (NanoTek FP), but they would not be the same model as this NanoTek SP.
Mac
How many hits were taken out of the Anderson used NanoTek SP Alpha? Also, how long does it take to ship a bat? Rpitt
Unfortunately, with the used models, there is no way to keep track of the number of hits on the bat. However, we do inspect our used products thoroughly before we sell them. As for shipping, it is guaranteed in 5 days, but generally it takes around 2-3 days depending on what state you are located in.

About the Brand

A High-Tech Engineer, a Sales Manager for a chemical company, and a Professional Yacht Racer with a background in mechanical engineering are not likely to have much in common. But they did, and still do. You guessed it…SOFTBALL.

Our passion for “Diamond” sports goes back many years, but it was about 10 years ago that we started manufacturing and private labeling our bats for other companies. In 1999, Steven Anderson designed a new multi-wall high-performance bat that featured our patented “Power Arch” technology. After thorough testing, it was ready for the company that we designed it for, but they were going through a transition period and were not ready to move on it.

Here was the bummer, our team was counting on using these bats in a big tournament that was just a month away and we could not put their graphics on the bats until the deal between the two of us was inked.

Steven offered a solution … they are already certified by the governing bodies so why don’t we put our own graphics on them and use them in the tourney. What a great idea and that is exactly what we did.

I was driving to the plant the next morning wearing my championship “T” shirt and had no idea that when I arrived at 6:30 am that the message machine would be filled and the phones would be ringing. The messages and the calls were all basically the same … “How do I get my hands on one of those new Anderson Techwraps”?

That is how it started, and since then we have released the FlexTech, FastTech, RocketTech, TechZilla, Pyrotech, and we are not done.

Let me tell you a little secret……THE BEST IS YET TO COME…GO DEEP, GO VERY VERY DEEP
