Description

After years of producing the highest performing all-metal bats on the market, Anderson is doing things differently this season. The NanoTek design has been revamped and made into a two-piece alloy/composite hybrid. Don't worry though, many of the same technologies remain and many more have been added to make this NanoTek the best yet! The thing that really sets the NanoTek apart is Anderson's LaunchPad which gives this bat the largest, most explosive, effective hitting area of any bat in the game. LaunchPad is an integral blend of complex nano-metallic and aluminum alloys that are molecularly bonded to create a barrel structure that results in a single metal wall. The patented LaunchPad combination delivers more strength and pop than any solo material or combination ever tried. By elastically strengthening the hitting area, the LaunchPad gives players the most reactive barrel in the game... with no break-in period required. Every feature of the NanoTek is designed to provide the hitter with the ultimate in performance. From the TrueFlex End Cap and TaperFlex Contour that aid in vibration management, to the Ergonomic Weldless knob that provides phenomenal comfort, the NanoTek will exceed your wildest expectations about what an Anderson bat can do for your game. Anderson: Manufactured With Pride in the USA! The NanoTek is approved for play in Little League, Babe Ruth, Dixie, Pony, AABC, and USSSA. It is backed by a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Pros: Bat is hot out of the wrapper, has a great sound, no hand sting and the ball jumps off the bat

Cons: My son loved this bat until it started getting flat spots and the the paint is falling off of it literally.. My son is a bigger 12 year old and hits the ball extremely hard if you have a smaller son this might be a very good bat for them..

Pros: This bat was recommended by a friend. My son used his friends Nanotek on Sunday during on the field batting practice; rough estimate of pitches, out of 18 balls, he went yard with 4 pitches, hit the 200 yard fence with 2, and short hopped the fence with 4. Unbelievable! My son was using a Easton Omen; the Omen is a good bat but no comparison to the Nanotek. I purchused this bat for my 12 year son playing Little League Wednesday night, his first game with the Nanotek Thursday night, he goes yard, 230 feet; and, he didn't get all of it. This bat is Nasty!

Cons: This bat is so hot, I'm sincerely afraid of a smaller (9-10 year old) child taking a line drive. The results of a line drive to the body, especially the head may not be good.

Pros: Nice grip; great pop

Cons: Bats dent/crack easily. Going on my 4th bat in three years. I don't recommend it for the serious player. Anderson Bats have been very cooperative and replaced each bat with no hassle.

Pros: Good pop while it lasts

Cons: Terrible quality. Told by Customer Service that you sacrifice durability to get a performance edge when buying Anderson. Steer clear!

Really nice bat! Coach Kyle parent

Pros: Balance, feel, swing weight, pop, low vibration I took a few light swings with the bat myself. Because its alloy, its hot right out of the wrapper. My 9yr old son has only hit BP with it but has made it his game bat. The ball comes of the bat really hot. Will check back later on durability. Oh, I only paid 60 bucks for the bat ( 30in, 20oz) NIW. We have 3 other one piece alloy xp's and a one piece nanotek. My son says the ball really comes of hotter on the 2 piece Nano than it does on the one piece. Will report back after using this bat for a few games.

Cons: Dull graphics (which has absolutely nothing to do with performance).

Great bat for a while... Derek Farmer parent

Pros: Bought the 29/19 version for my 9 year old. When we received the bat, it was immediately the best bat in our arsenal. It turned dinkers into line drives and line drives into one hoppers to or over the fence; even a couple out of the park.

Cons: After about 10 games we noticed the first dent, and by the 20th game one whole side of the bat was useless. Tried to hit from the other side of the bat for a while, but not many 9 year olds remember to orient the bat properly before each swing, so we had to shelve it.

How much better is this bat compared to the first nanotek? big earl
Manufactures always try to improve bats from year to year. This will perform similar to the first nanotek.

How does this bat compare to the marucci black? Rocco
The NanoTek is a one piece all alloy, the Black is a 2 piece hybrid. The Nano will have a stiffer flex, and is generally preferred by power hitters, the Black is a great bat for contact hitters, it has an extended barrel for a bigger sweet spot, nicely balanced for younger players.
Linda
Is this bat legal for little leauge in 2012? Bomber
Yes, this bat is approved for Little League in 2012.
John
Can I return this bat if not satisfied and if so what is my trial period? Jp
Some Anderson bats come with a 30 day money back guarantee. This one, however, does not. In order to make sure this bat is right for the hitter we recommend keeping the wrapper on the bat, and hitting tennis balls or wiffle balls. If the hitter does not like the feel of the bat after this it can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another bat. Once the wrapper is off, and a baseball has been hit it is yours.

Their is another Nano Tech on your site that is the exact same name length and drop but it is $179. They do look different but I can't figure out why the price difference. Is it the modle yr? Mike
The Anderson NanoTek XP: NANOXP10 Youth bat for $279.99 is a 2012 model. The Anderson NanoTek XP: NANOXP10 for $179.99 is a 2011 model. The newer model is a two-piece hybrid bat with better vibration reduction and a more balanced feel.

I have the minus 12 swing weight 29 inch model. How many ounces is this bat, and what does BPF 1.15 mean? It was a gift and I need to know the weight in ounces. Kevin
The Anderson NanoTek XP Youth Baseball Bat (NANOXP10) is a -10 rather than a -12. If you have a 29 inch -12 bat, the weight should be around 17 ounces. The 1.15 BPF rating is the regulation rating for the batted ball speed the bat can create. The 1.15 BPF is a standard rating for most youth leagues.

About the Brand

A High-Tech Engineer, a Sales Manager for a chemical company, and a Professional Yacht Racer with a background in mechanical engineering are not likely to have much in common. But they did, and still do. You guessed it…SOFTBALL.

Our passion for “Diamond” sports goes back many years, but it was about 10 years ago that we started manufacturing and private labeling our bats for other companies. In 1999, Steven Anderson designed a new multi-wall high-performance bat that featured our patented “Power Arch” technology. After thorough testing, it was ready for the company that we designed it for, but they were going through a transition period and were not ready to move on it.

Here was the bummer, our team was counting on using these bats in a big tournament that was just a month away and we could not put their graphics on the bats until the deal between the two of us was inked.

Steven offered a solution … they are already certified by the governing bodies so why don’t we put our own graphics on them and use them in the tourney. What a great idea and that is exactly what we did.

I was driving to the plant the next morning wearing my championship “T” shirt and had no idea that when I arrived at 6:30 am that the message machine would be filled and the phones would be ringing. The messages and the calls were all basically the same … “How do I get my hands on one of those new Anderson Techwraps”?

That is how it started, and since then we have released the FlexTech, FastTech, RocketTech, TechZilla, Pyrotech, and we are not done.

Let me tell you a little secret……THE BEST IS YET TO COME…GO DEEP, GO VERY VERY DEEP
