Ask A QuestionAre all wood bats legal for high school play or does it have to be BBCOR? Also I am starting to make the transition to wood, would this be a good practice bat?
Bamboo is the only type of wood that requires an actual BBCOR stamp. All other adult wood bats are automatically BBCOR certified. The BamBooBat Bamboo Wood Bat: HBBB30D does have the BBCOR stamp and is legal for play in High School ball. This is a durable bat and would be a great option for cage work or batting practice.
I'm looking for a good wood bat to use in games. I'm 5'2" 95 lbs and I'm a contact hitter that usually bats 1st or 2nd in the lineup. I like bats that feel light in my hands and I like the turn model 271. What wood bat is good for me?
