When Lisa Fernandez joined the COMbat team we knew we would have to step up our game to meet her demanding performance standards. Combining all the great performance attributes of past Lisa bats COMbat has now added the increased sweetspot size and improved feel of COMbat's patented Gear Technology. The new Lisa Fernandez Bruin is the hottest bat allowed under the new 98 MPH ABI limit. With very long barrel lengths, the longest in any multi-wall bat yet, this bat is sure to become a legend! Lisa's bat has everyone talking. The Bruin incorporates Variable Stiffness Technology which allows for lower barrel wall stiffness on both sides of the huge Gear sweetspot, resulting in an even larger sweet hitting area. Also found only in the Bruin is Blended Fiber Technology, where Arimid fibers ( found in bullet proof vests ) is combine with carbon and glass fibers in varying proportions and precise angles to get more trampoline effect and absorb vibrations resulting in more energy transfer to the ball and greater distance. What this really means is, longer barrel lengths, lighter bats, and a monster sweetspot resulting in maximum allowable performance.
