Pros: great bat all around , great pop, good weight distribution ,and looks awsome
Cons: a bit pricy
Pros: amazing pop, good sweet spot, solid contact, good weight distrabution.
Cons: small grip
Pros: huge sweet spot, amazing pop for bbcor, kinda top heavy, great bat if your a power hitter
Cons: nothing
Pros: Great bat, good speed. Lots of pop for a BBCOR.
Cons: Small Barrel.
Pros: Great bat demoed it in the cages and it had suprisingly good pop for a bbcor bat. Big sweet spot, good pop, great grip all around good bat
Cons: None
Pros: This bat was the first bbcor bat that i have swung with, and i didnt know what to expect from a bbcor. i am a freshman on my highschool baseball team, and we were taking batting practice, and i was very impressed with the preformance of this bat. It has a good sweetspot, but in order to hit a ball far you have to really tie into it but it will go, just no half swing gap shots, if that makes sense. great pop, no sting, definitely worth the money!
Cons: Slightly end loaded, if you have quick hands you will not have to worry .
Pros: Large sweet spot, beastly pop, nice look, nice grip, demarini. Very nice bat, and if anything is underpriced. Do yourself a favor and get this bat.
Cons: Only one, really isn't that big a deal but the end grip cap,if that's what it's called, is kind of a cheap plastic and scratches pretty easily. But it's the only cheap thing about the bat
Pros: The bat overall is great. I have used the TPX Omaha and the TPX ExoGrid 2. Neither of the bbcors compare to this one. This bat is very balanced, and it has amazing pop for a bbcor. The 2 piece technology was great for me, because I am a line drive hitter, but if you are more of a power hitter, I would recommend a 1 piece bat.
Cons: nothing really
Pros: I love this bat! There's a lot of pros such as, the graphics are amazing and has really great pop for a bbcor.
Cons: There's only one and that is the bat is a little top heavy but if your a great power hitter it will come in handy. Over all this is a awsome bat!
Pros: great bat with alot of pop
Cons: none
Pros: Love this bat has great Pop to it.
Cons: High priced
Pros:
Cons: my friend snapped the handle in half after getting jammed by a pitch
Pros: pretty good pop
Cons: little end heavy, a bit pricy for what you get
Pros: The bat is not too pricey. It has a good sweet spot and a nice grip. It also has pretty good weight distribution and good response off the barrel. My favorite thing about it is that is has a nice sound unlike other BBCORS.
Cons: none so far
Pros: lightweight and easy to swing.i hit my first grand slam with that bat
Cons:
Pros: DeMarini, super fast, feels great, amazing pop, first bbcor bat same old DeMarini results
Cons: none except that everyone will want to use it
Pros: When you swing this bat you cant tell if its a bbcor or not. When you hit the ball on the handle you can feel it in the hands. Best bat I have ever used and first year with bbcor. Better then my past non bbcor bats. BEST BAT EVER!!!!! Should be $400.00
Cons: NONE AT ALL
Pros: BEST BAT ON EARTH
Cons: nothing, and to the guy who said its a bit pricy, are you CRAZY?!?!? Best price for a great bat!
Pros: IT AMAZING
Cons: NOTHING
Pros: pretty good pop, hit one to the fence in first game have a 2011 and 2012 model. I am more of a contact hitter and has worked great. Myself and four other starters on my high school team are using my bats and we all have .500+ averages. Great bat!
Cons: none
Pros: Great bat all together. The pop is amazing, The weight is well balanced, and boy oh boy when you walk up to the plate with a vexxum, they know you mean business.
Cons:
Pros: lots of pop i almost hit a homerun with it on a 350ft fence. it wasnt one bit broken in at the time. easy to get the sweet spot.
Cons: none yet
Pros: You can get a fast swing with this bat it's very light
Cons: 32/29 is a a little small
Pros: I can honestly say, this is the best BBCOR I've ever swung. I've hit with the 2011 and 2012 Voodoos, the Reflex, the 5150, Omen, and CF5. It can keep up with all of the $400 bats. The bat is end-heavy, which I like, and it has suprisingly high amounts of pop for a BBCOR. I'm 5'5 and 135 pounds, and I hit a 375' long fly ball in BP with it recently. I HIGHLY recommend this bat to any type of hitter, especially a power hitter
Cons: When the ball is hit solidly, there is no 'ping,' so beware of the wood bat like smack and think its just a routine ball. Another con, it has to be broken in before you can really start driving the ball over 300'. The paint also chips very easily.
Pros: Nice pop. Good balance. Great Grip. Cool color. Very particular 13 year old is happy with it. Seems as good as a $300+ bat.
Cons: None yet.
Pros: this is insane with pop. i have the demarini voodoo that is 32 23 and this is an awesome bat as well.
Cons: there is not one con but i do have to say these bat prices ae killing my wallet
Pros: Great for line-drive hitters. Don't expect to hit bombs every at bat but this bat still can do it. It has amazing pop and a nice, crisp sound off the bat. Overall great bat, I recommend it to anyone.
Cons: Paint chips very easily and grip wears out quickly.
Pros: Nice sweet spot and well balanced. Bat has pop and hits for power.
Cons: None
Pros: this bat is amzing used it in my first 7th drade game and hit it to the fence
Cons: nothin if anybody has any cons then they are CRAZY
Pros: Amazing pop for a BBCOR, looks awesome, barrel heavy(which I like), And just a awesome bat!
Cons: NONE!!
Pros: This bat is clearly better than the voodo. Although the sweet spot might be a little bit bigger on the voodo, this bat is much more balanced and has more pop than the voodo.
Cons: Th barrell piece of the bat could be a little bit longer because if you hit one near the handle on a voodo it could still be hit hard, but while using the vexxum that hit is a dribbler.
Pros: Excellent sweet spot. I also discovered that this bat has a smaller but more powerful sweetspot than the voodoo.
Cons: I haven't found any yet, but is also a brand new bat so like all other bats at some time I will find a con.
Pros: great bat has nice graphic best bat
Cons: nothing except everyone is jealous
Pros: This bat has a great grip and tons of pop i have used it in 5 games and don't see hardly any differance from the BESR bats. In those 5 games im 12 for 20 with 4 extra basebhits and 10 rbi's
Cons: NONE great bat dont buy those $400 ones this one is as good if not better
Pros: this bat has amazing pop. it has a small sweet spot but when you nail it, it will beat a voodoo. grip is heavy and nice. if you are an early swinger the heavyness of the barrel will help your swing. great for a contact hitter. this bat is amazingly low price for the quality and an all around amazing bat.
Cons: NOTHINGGGGGGGG
Pros: amazing pop and grip cool graphics love this bat
Cons: can see the markes on the bat eaisly
Pros: All is good. this is a great bat
Cons: The bat is great. I have no cons.
Pros: Awesome bat for the price. I have had it for a while, and I was disappointed with it for a few weeks. I had to use it in BP, but I used my brothers cf5 in the game. One game, my brother forgot his bat, and the pop off it all the sudden was tremendous. I love it now.
Cons: nothing really, the barrel is not as long as the cf5
Pros: seems to have great pop
Cons: friends wont let me ise it
Pros: Bat handles very well. I was using this in a game very first at bat with this bat ever and I almost put it over the fence. I'm 15 5'5" and 140 pounds. Darn right this has some pop. I'm absolutely in-love with this bat. It's good for anyone who can make contact with the ball, Because it will go far.
Cons: Paint chips a little. Not really a big deal.
Pros: good pop for a BBCOR. weight balance is decent. looks nice and feels good to swing.
Cons: 2011 model has much more pop, but that is only because of the USSSA 2012 bat restrictions
Pros: i bought this bat this year and everyone wants to use it but it has great pop an okay sweet spot and nice graphics.
Cons: none at all
Pros: Has good pop, also very durable. Bat has hit plenty of long flies, been abused and still works just fine.
Cons: Mellow hitters look elsewhere.
Pros: nice pop and good sweetspot
Cons: top heavy
Pros: Lots of pop, good grip, good for power hitters.
Cons: Unfortunately im not a power hitter, and this bat is top heavy. Also, the paint chips easily.
Pros: this bat is amazing great pop the ball flys off the bat
Cons: is there any
Pros: big barrel
Cons: tiny sweetspot and terrible pop
Pros: amazing pop, very large sweet spot. just a great bat all around i prefer this bat
Cons: none
Pros: very good pop huge sweet spot very good bat for your first half and half. i would HIGHLY recomend this bat
Cons: to tacky of grip
Pros: Ive hit with the rawlings 5150 and the demarini voodoo and i got this bat today and i was doin some bp and this thing kicks both of those buts and is better than my besr 2007 vexxum highly reccomend this bat it has a lot of pop and a little top heavy but i like that im 13 5 foot 7 and 130 pounds and i got the 32 29 and i have no problem swingin it highly reccomend
Cons: some ppl waste there money on more expensive voodoos
Pros: My son hit a double with this bat on his first at bat! His hits are more solid than before and it has given him more confidence!
Cons:
Pros: awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: has an amazing sweet spot and dosnt chip like some people say i guess their the kind of people who hit other than balls with it
Cons: its so good i caught 3 kids on my team trying to steel it
Pros: O.M.G. got this bat with the voodoo pack, amazing deal, use both about equally, both have amazing pop and you cant even feel getting jammed, these bats are worth so much more than 250$. STRONGLY recomend this bat pack
Cons:
Pros: I had a chance to use this bat in bp for about 2 hours and this bat had been thrown around and used alot but amazingly the bat still had amazing pop, great balance, and a good feel in my hands when the ball came off this bat. like always demarini created another long lasting and great performing bat.
Cons: In the two hours i never really saw anything bad in the bat.great bat.
Pros: This bat has amazing pop right out of the wrapper. I'm only 5'9'' 180lbs, bench 120 lbs, curl 60 lbs. So basically i am a weakling. With my 2007 easton reflex i hit the ball between 250 feet and 275 feet and that was only a few times. With this bat i have only used it during three Batting practices and i have hit atleast 2 dozen shots 300-330 feet. At the price Justbats.com has this for sure is a deal you can't pass up.
Cons: The paint chips really easy, probably because i am hitting the balls so hard.
Pros: great grip great pop and good colors
Cons: NONE
Pros: This bat has great pop and is well balanced for a 2 piece bat.
Cons:
Pros: Bat has AMAZING POP! Easy yo get around. Has that big barrel i love, took one over the fence today with it! Graet bat!
Cons: Nothing yet.
Pros: great bat for the money.
Cons: tape grip loose after the first use.
Pros: Nice balance and good pop.
Cons:
Pros: Great bat.
Cons: None.
Pros: amazing bat. first time using bbcor and on a bigger field and all ready bombing balls to the out field
Cons: absolutely none
Pros: Very light weight.
Cons: None.
Pros: Great durability, weighted towards the handle for line drives, and good contact. Although i had 2 home runs hit with it last season. good value for your money.
Cons: not much to say here.
Pros: Dampens handle and end hits well.
Cons: Poor quality. Absolutely no pop off this bat. Thin handle (my preference is a bit thicker). Short grip (My hands barely fit on the grip, and there is no room to choke up at all). No response/feedback from the ball when you make contact. Other than that, this bat feels absolutely dead, and after just a dozen hits, I had about 5-6 large paint chips/dings in the barrel of this bat, when hitting regular, leather-covered baseballs! Terrible! This is one of the first two-piece bats I have hit, the first I have owned, and may be the last. Going back to an all alloy bat. Luckily, I got this in the bat pack with the Easton XL3, which is an awesome bat!
Pros: Great bat. Lots of pop!
Cons: None so far.
Pros: Price was very reasonable. Ball jumps off the bat more than I expected froma BBCOR bat. Very well balanced.
Cons:
Pros: this is an all around amazing bat ive never been happier hitting an i hope DeMarini keeps making this style bat.
Cons:
Pros: made varsity freshman year led team in homeruns with this bat.
Cons: NONE!!!!!!!!
Pros: The vexxuim has a very large sweet spot. You can fell the pop as it comes off the bat
Cons: paint chips easy, but its a bat
Pros: great pop. easy to get the bat around because of good weight distribution
Cons: nothing other than just getting used to swinging a -3 bat for jr. high
Pros: looks good has good pop when broken in
Cons: this bat is not evenly weighted it is very end heavy easy to see. paint chips too easy. it took about 30 games of playing every game to break in good.
Pros: WOW! This bat is amazing! I am looking for a division 1 scholarship, and I am for sure going to get one! I bench 415 lbs. and am 5'10, 210, and I love this bat. Being the clean up hitter, I can drive in a run in almost any situation. I can hit just about 430', but before this bat I could only hit 410. So, get this bat today!
Cons: My friends say I lift to much.
Pros: looks cool, good grip, great power
Cons: heavy in the barrel
Pros: This bat has amazing pop I can really get this bat around quick and the grip on it is amazing. I would recomend this bat.
Cons: Paint chips easily but it only matters how the bat performs!
Pros: has great pop and not a bad price
Cons: none
Pros: Huge sweet spot with great pop. It feels great in your hand and the weight is evenly balanced.
Cons: The colors.
Pros: This bat has really good pop and a good sweet spot.
Cons: The only thing we wrong with this bat is a small barrel
Pros: Looks cool.
Cons: Top heavy, not much pop, and chips easy.
Pros: This bat has great pop, as soon as I brought it to practice everybody wanted to use it.
Cons: None.
Pros: Good overall balance, big sweet spot.
Cons: Bat seemed pretty dead overall, good bat for basehits. Ball marks cover the bat after a weeek of use. hit it off handle or end, it's a slow grounder to the pitcher.
Pros: Love the grip.
Cons: The barrel was ball stained after about a month, felt really end loaded, and the sweet spot is really small. It also deadened really fast. I expected way more from DeMarini when I got this bat.
Pros: a great bat that gets more pop as you swing just turn every time you hit. it look at the numbers up top and turn to next number as you hit. me and my brother get great hits all the time . good soild gap hit bat
Cons: great bat but paint chips off on dirt really bad
Pros: The bat seemed like it had good pop when i first got it, and the grip is pretty solid.
Cons: The bat chips extremely easily, after getting a new bat i realised the bat has very little pop. i got a rip it prototype and it just was in a whole different category than this bat. Felt top heavy and swung slower than a longer bbcor bat i have.
Pros: has great pop hits farther than alot of my past bats including the 5150 and is very light
Cons: non
Pros: it has a pop and it likes to jump on the ball and put it to the fence
Cons: its hard to let other people use it
Pros: i'm a pitcher and i have to focus on pitching so i'm not the best batter. but this year i only had 1 strikeout and i used this bat. its the best bat i've ever had. its a great contact bat but if you hit it in the sweet spot its gone! i made the all-stars because of this bat.
Cons: everyone wants to use it
Pros: the bat eliminates vibration on the handle ok sized sweet spot
Cons: Top heavy no pop horrible performance. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BAT I used this bat for one year worst mistake i ever made buy the voodo or the speed series from easton NOT THIS BAT
Pros: Great Bat. Used it for one season so far and I've hit over .450. The barrel is slightly end loaded which I love, it's helped me time the ball a little better cause I always was ahead of the pitch. I'm 5'7 130 pounds and 13 years old, and the 33 30 was great for me. Best bat for the price.
Cons: The paint chips really easily, but it's a bat, so whatever.
Pros: I have used this bat for over a year now and constantly hit live bp with it and its holding up pretty well. he bat has outstanding pop and sounds great when you make good contact. definitely would buy it again.
Cons: none
Pros: So I just got back into baseball. I consider my self a good hitter. I can hit for contact I can hit for power. Last season I used one piece easton reflexes that I got for ten bucks because wal-mart miss marked then, lucky me. I figured id spend the money on a bat this year and I bought this for 79. first time using it I cracked a couple of solid off of the bat line drive type doubles You can feel the difference using this bat the ball pops off of the barrel. It will make anyone a great hitter. Worth every penny
Cons: Hate the color
Pros: Okay bat...nothing special
Cons: its end loaded, the sweetspot isnt big at all! There are much better bats for the price and tbh its ugly
Pros: Very strong and durable bat. Has good swing speed and very well balanced. Very good pop for a base hitter looking to drop a hit in the gap. This is a very affordable and reliable bat for base hitters. We made a great choice!
Cons: IS NOT a homerun bat! Manufactures recommendations are very accurate.
Pros: its overall a great bat. Good feel, hands get around quicker, and decent pop.
Cons: there are better bats out there and the barrel length on this bat is nothing compared to other bats. the orange part is really long and on an inside pitch it is usually hard to hit fair.

About the Brand
In 1992, DeMarini Sports had something to celebrate. The three-year-old company had climbed a rung on the proverbial ladder of success, moving its world headquarters from a dirt-floored barn to a slightly larger metal shack. "It was a big move for us," recalled Ray DeMarini from the batting cage of DeMarini Sport’s present-day Bat Industrial Complex. "The new shop was larger, more storm resistant, and -best of all- it had a heater."
In the early days, DeMarini Sports hardly made a blip on the radar screen of softball. With no retailers and virtually no advertising budget, DeMarini grew steadily by selling high-performance bats directly to customers. While established companies made "juiced" bats for the pros and ordinary bats for the public, DeMarini focused on making one line of high-performance bats for pros and amateurs alike. This approach, combined with a passion for the sport, led to the greatest innovation in softball history - the world’s first multi-wall bat: the DeMarini Doublewall.
Released in 1993, the DeMarini Doublewall was the world’s first multi-wall bat. Like a modern golf driver or oversized tennis racket, the Doublewall had a giant "sweetspot," which allowed average players to hit like pros. DeMarini’s sales exploded, and before long opposing bat manufacturers to notice. DeMarini - a homegrown company led by a softball fanatic - had shaken the establishment silly.
To understand the rise of the DeMarini Dynasty, you need to know Ray DeMarini. A cult hero among avid players, Ray DeMarini emerged on the professional softball scene at the age of 40, a veritable geriatric among younger players. With a scientific approach to training, a batting speed of 96 miles-per-hour and a bombastic attitude, DeMarini fast earned a reputation as a savage competitor.
In June of 1987, ESPN launched a nationwide search for a hardcore player to advise on a series of instructional softball videos. When approached by producer Erich Lytle, the biggest boys in softball repeatedly spoke of a five-foot-seven softball giant—Ray DeMarini. DeMarini had mastered reflex hitting, a technique that drops the ball squarely between the infield and outfield. Impressed with DeMarini's knowledge and scientific approach to training, Lytle not only hired Ray as an advisor—he hired him as the host. Together, they produced Ray DeMarini's Reflex Hitting System, ESPN's most successful home video to date.
Having garnered national recognition through ESPN, Ray turned his efforts toward designing a high-performance bat for the masses. To accomplish this, he needed an engineer. "Not just an engineer," he said, "but a boot-strapping rocket scientist who could build an empire with pocket change." Ray's call was answered by Mike Eggiman. Having grown up on a farm, Eggiman was adept at making the most of a situation. Case in point: the company's first piece of automated bat-making equipment had the heart of an abandoned washing machine.
With Eggiman as Chief Engineer, DeMarini Sports delivered a series of industry firsts: the first multi-wall bat (Doublewall Distance), the first high-performance bat for massive players (Fatboy) and the first high-performance youth bat (Black Coyote).
In 2000, DeMarini joined forces with Wilson Sporting Goods to develop the next generation of hitting technology. Ray believed it was a perfect fit, as both companies shared a vision of developing game-enhancing equipment for avid players. What’s more, the companies had complimentary products: Wilson was the leader in gloves, balls and protective gear, while DeMarini made the world’s finest bats. According to Chris Considine, Vice President/General Manager of Wilson Sporting Goods: "The thing that struck me most about DeMarini was their passion for sports and their true competitiveness.
Within a year, DeMarini unveiled the industry’s first concept bat, the $35,000 F1. Secured under lock and key at the DeMarini Bat Industrial Complex in Hillsboro, Oregon, the F1 served as a technological storehouse for future products, including DeMarini’s landmark Half & Half system.
In December 2001, 12 years after the genesis of DeMarini Sports, Ray DeMarini died of cancer in his Northwest Portland home. He was 55. The next summer, the Portland Metro Softball Association paid homage to the “King of Softball” with the dedication of Ray DeMarini Field. Formerly known as Delta #1, the field was DeMarini’s favorite place to test bats during the early days of business. Ray DeMarini—bat maker and player extraordinaire—was remembered for his high-performance softball bats and unwavering encouragement of everyday players. Today, a 40-foot sign announcing RAY DEMARINI FIELD graces the outfield, and an interpretive display chronicling Ray’s life greets players as they register for games.
More "Insane Dedication to Performance" is in store for tomorrow.
