Coach Rick
Pros: GREAT BAT!!! The girls that use love using it!!
Cons: None
alan
Pros: feels light, took about 400 swings balls are line drives, broke two reapers in 3 months same price better bat
Cons: none
yellow swag
Pros: My 10 year old son loves to play softball with the girls. He has already hit 4 over with this bat in the same day. He just got it yesterday. He is the star of the team and the best hitter on the team, this bat just shows all his power.
Cons: The bat usually gets the fame, but in reality it's my son.
scottl
Pros: Solid, End loaded. If you have the strength and bat swing speed this bat is forgiving for week hands at contact. Sweet spot for Easton's are very good for the length of the bat but that does NOT mean the ball pops any better.
Cons: Way over priced. This bat is NOT for players younger than 14 or players who are NOT strong and fast with bat swing speed ( don't fool yourself thinking your large 11u can handle it ). The pop is not more than 15 foot better than the $30 Easton aluminum Mystique bat.
Jut
Pros: Nice pop, took 8 or 9 hits and was hitting the fence every time.
Cons: None so far.
Anonymous
Pros: Love the pop first weekend with the bat, got on base everytime.
Cons: Color is obnoxious
Monarch 3rd Base dad! Monarch 3rd Base dad parent
Pros: It's an Easton and they honor their warranty!
Cons: OK POP!
so far so good Rober parent
Pros: Looks good, daughter went up a size and is still getting used to the feel...she's hitting hard in the cages!
Cons: None so far. We'll have to wait and see
Disappointed Nickie parent
Pros: None
Cons: Break in period, still not broke in, bat has seen over 500 live pitches, still no pop. Daughter wanted an upgrade, and wishes she would have kept 2012 Easton Stealth. Daughter has always been a fan of Easton, but now we just recently replaced this bat with a CF6, and it is awesome!
DAUGHTER NOT HAPPY WITH PRODUCT Coach O coach
Pros: NONE THAT WE CAN SEE NOW
Cons: MY DAUGHTER WENT BACK TO HER EASTON STEALTH. THE BAT HAS A DIFFERENT FEEL TO HER ALTHOUGH IT'S THE SAME DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT; NOT SURE WHY
Perfect fit Kendall player
Pros: This bat has SO much power and pop especially if you can swing it
Cons: Wrapping fell off after a few tournaments
Questions and Answers
Have a question about the Easton FX1 Fastpitch Softball Bat: FP13X1? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.
My daughter is a 12U. She is a lean power hitter that generates a ton of swing speed through the zone. Last year she used a 2010(I think) Blue Synergy -9 end loaded bat 30/21. As she is hitting her growth spurt I am a little afraid that the bat is now too small. Two questions. 1. Do they make a 31 inch in these bats? 2.Based on the above info I gave you which would you recommend and why, the FX1 or FX2? Joe
which bat is better...fx1 or fx2? and why? dogg
My daughter is more of a power hitter and we are shopping for a new bat. Have considered the Xeno and One X. How does this bat compare to those two and what are the basic/major differences? Oklahoma Bomber
Is this bat the one you would recommend to replace the Stealth? cowboy
My daughter is a 12 year old travel team player and has a Stealth 30" drop 9 bat that she loves. She is tall and needs a bigger bat. Question is drop 9 or 10, 32" Power Brigade. Not sure if the weight would be an issue. Since she has an end load bat already should we stay with end load or go drop 10 since it will only weigh an ounce more? Mike
Does the Easton FX1 or FX2 bear the USSSA logo as required by that organization? Big Fish
Does the 2013 Easton FX1 require a break in period as you require for the Easton Fx2? todd
My daughter is a 12U travel player and swings the 31" 21 oz. Stealth. She is small but has a very fast bat speed and leads her team in extra base hits. With slower pitching she tends to be in front of the ball. Do you think this bat would be a good fit when facing a slower pitcher ( below 48 mph)? She swings a cheaper Easton 31" 22 oz. when hitting off a pitching machine at practice that has been gunned at 55 mph and has no problem getting around on it. Bee
My daughter is 12 and is 5'7 160. She is a powerhitter. I want to get her the Easton FX2. What length is good for her? Jj
My daughter has been out of travel for 2 yrs with shoulder injury. We are coming back with too small bats all 2008 composites, Stealth, Phoenix etc. How does this series of bats line up against the 08's? And she was a 31", she's now 15 at 166 lbs 5'7". I'm initial thinking 34" 25 oz. end loaded FX1? Your thoughts? Thanks. Aarinikispop
I have a 2011 Easton Synergy 33 inch 23 ounce -10. With the new approval by USSSA I need a new bat. Which bat would work best for me? I'm 5 foot 8 and 17 years old and normally hit triples and home runs. pal
