Please don't laugh! My daughter wants what she refers to as a "crack bat" so I want to get her one for Christmas. Apparenly this bat makes the crack noise versus the ting noise of the traditional aluminum bat. Is this that type of bat?

I this official softball bat, is the barrell 2 1/4" or biggier. My league only allow use of official softball bats
