Great bat Anthony player

Pros: Break in time isn't very long at all. probably about 45-50 swings and it's good to go. Great price for the quality! Highly recommended, for sure!

Cons: Grip tape rips faster than normal.

I am thinking of getting this bat. How well with this bat hit with the new ASA .52/300 balls? darnes54x
The 2015 Easton Salvo Comp Loaded ASA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (SP15SVA) features the new ASA stamp, which means that it will do well against the .52/300 balls. The new ASA stamped bats are actually made for use with those softballs. There should be no issues with durability and the softballs used for you league.
Tessa
How many swings will it take to break in or will this bat be hot right away? Darnes54x
The 2015 Easton Salvo Comp Loaded ASA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (SP15SVA) features a composite barrel that will require a 150-200 swing break in period.

How will this bat hold up against the older .44 COR 375 Compression balls that are still being used in my league? midlo
The 2015 Easton Salvo Comp Loaded ASA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (SP15SVA) is designed to hit best with the new .52 COR 300 Compression balls. The newer ASA bats will hit the older .44 COR 375 Compression balls further, however since the density of these models is higher, they are more likely to crack or dent the bat.

Why would I choose an end loaded bat over a balanced design? wayne
The end load on the 2015 Easton Salvo Comp Loaded ASA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (SP15SVA) can help a player generate more power. The more mass you can put behind the ball, the further it can travel. A balanced option can provide a little more bat speed an control for a player.

I want to buy the perfect bat for my husband for his birthday. He doesn't know about it but I asked him what he likes. He plays men's fastpitch and he wants a 13 inch barrel, 34 length, 26 ounce, and he loves Easton bats. What can you do for me? Shana
If you want a 13 inch barrel, you will want to go with the 2015 Easton Salvo Balanced ASA/USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (SP15SVAU) rather than the 2015 Easton Salvo Comp Loaded ASA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (SP15SVA) which has a 12 inch barrel.
Patrick
A lot of Easton bats have been added to the no play list for ASA. Is this one of them? Wayne
The Easton Salvo Comp Loaded ASA Slow Pitch Softball Bat: SP15SVA is approved for play in ASA and to my knowledge is not on a no play list. I would recommend reaching out to a league official just to clarify that before making a purchase.
