Pros: When i got this bat i thought it was going to be hard to make the switch from my 2010 Easton Typoon -11 to the 2013 Easton Typhoon -3 BBCOR but it turned out to be not that heavy

Pros: This bat feels great- Got a hit Every time- Nice weight for size-

Cons: Not for power hitters- This bat's cap broke on my 2nd at bat of the first game of the season. Vibration reduction system does not feel any different. Advice, use for batting practice at best. Not really a reliable game day bat.

The 2013 Easton Typhoon will use the same 7046 aircraft alloy as the 2011 and 2012. The main benefit to the 2013 is that is features a vibration reduction system.

Actually using the Bat Coach feature on www.JustBats.com I was able to determine that for your size a 29" bat is recommended. The 2013 Easton Typhoon BBCOR: BB13TY Adult bat does have 29" and 30" options if you feel the 31" bat is too heavy for your swing.
