Pros: it seems it has very good pop
Cons: none
Pros: it is still a very good pop
Cons: they should try harder to make it better
Pros: Still too new to really give a great review, but my 11 year old loves this bat. Seemed hot out of the box. Hasn't had any stingers yet on his hands. Loves the grip.
Cons: Only con is the price drop came just days after I ordered at 299.99. 249.99 seems like a great bat for the dollar.
Pros: About 1,000 swings in and the bat has good pop. First time Louisville Slugger owner and after a few weeks, I am very glad with the purchase. Money well spent for my 11 year old son.
Cons: None yet
Pros: The only pros of this bat are that it has pretty average pop and that I never got stung or jammed in my hands, there was no vibration.
Cons: There are many cons to this bat. First, I had the bat and it got chipped, so I returned it for another one. I was hitting with that one for a little bit longer, but than the new also got chipped. The last bad part to this bat is that it doesn't have a good feel in your hands, and doesn't sound good when you hit with it. When you hit with the bat it sounds like a dud, or a clunky sound. Overall it was pretty bad.
Pros: Well balanced bat, little to no vibration, and good pop.
Cons: Grip is a little too thick at the bottom.
Pros: off the rack the bat has more pop and more balanced than our predessessor (easton S2) in which we had for 1 year and might as well been made of a marshmellow like consistency. we are 1st time louisville slugger buyers. the bat has a great feel and appears to be able to aide in having fast hands, with little to no vibration no matter where contact is made from bat to ball.
Cons: nothing yet!
Pros: the bat has great pop after hitting at least 200 balls. great weight for my 10 yr old. swings it around with no problem. thats from working with a 29/22 wood bat. hes only 4'4" and about 65lbs. he loves this bat over mako 2 1/4. he loves the color scheme as well and no stingers at all during break in..great bat!!
Cons: none so far..
Pros: bat has great feel my son has only used it in one game so far so good . he loves it good pop , no vibration ????
Cons: none
Pros: Very well-balanced. Seemed to break in quickly.
Cons: The grip could've been extended about a 1/2" more.
Pros: Great bat, sounded a little weird, used it about 20 times and I liked it .Two weekends I used it and hit one homerun and multiple solid line drives .I am returning it because I didn't use it that much.I recomend this bat to anyone who is looking for good bat at good price.
Cons: A little to end loaded and didn't sound good.

About the Brand
In 1842, J. Frederick Hillerich emigrated with his family from Baden-Baden, Germany to the United States. Eight years before, the 1834 Book of Sports had made its debut as the nation's first publication covering baseball. But when he arrived in Baltimore, J. Frederick Hillerich would never have dreamed of the future impact his family would have on America's favorite pastime.
After a short while, the Hillerichs moved to Louisville, where J. Fred started a woodworking shop in 1856. Two of his sons, Adam and John Andrew "Bud" were born in the United States and would later join their father in his business. By 1864 "J.F. Hillerich, Job Turning" was in operation and filled orders for businesses by custom-turning everything from balusters to bedposts.
The firm thrived, and by 1875 the little woodworking shop employed about 20 people. In 1880 Bud Hillerich, who was an amateur baseball player, became an apprentice in his father's shop. Young Bud made his own baseball bats along with bats for several of his teammates.
The debate over the origins of the first bat continues to generate controversy among baseball enthusiasts, but the younger Hillerich was most certainly involved in getting his father's business involved with what would become the company's signature item. According to company legend, the first bat was turned by Bud for Pete "The Old Gladiator" Browning in 1884. Browning was a star on Louisville's professional American Association team - the Eclipse. On a spring afternoon Bud, then seventeen, witnessed Browning break his favorite bat. Bud offered to make a bat for his hero, and Browning accepted. After the young wood shop apprentice lathed a quality stick from white ash, according to the story, Browning got three hits with it in the next game.
Louisville Slugger gloves are worn by more pitchers in Major League Baseball than any other glove.
