Pros: Light weight, incredible pop out of the wrapper, no vibrations. Overall great bat.
Cons: none
Midwest Swang
Pros: My son is a smaller 10 year old and can't handle the heaver big barrel bats, so this is a perfect bat with great pop and awesome balance.
Cons: NONE.

Pros: I bought this bat for my 7 yr old to use in USSSA. It is a 28/18. We have always been a Easton XL1 fan, but I wanted him to swing a 2 3/4" instead of the 2 1/4. This is a well balanced bat and has amazing pop right out of the wrapper. The sweet spot appears to be a slightly smaller than the XL1, but for the first weekend to own it, I could not be more impressed. There is little to no vibration on miss hits. I can't wait to see this bat in action after a couple of months of batting practice. So far we are LOVING it...
Cons: It's price $300.00, but work every penny after the first deep shot.

Pros: This bat is for my 7 yr old and it is a great bat!! It has alot of pop and goes alot further than our other bats. Not a cheap bat but the results areso worth the money!
Cons: Nothing
bball
Pros: No sting, great pop if hit right on sweet spot. Great looking bat.
Cons: Seems to have a very small sweet spot.
jakejake42
Pros: Awesome bat. My 11 year old son can really hit distance with it, I can't wait until it gets broken-in.
Cons: None.
cardsfan
Pros: The bat has a lot of pop, and is durable
Cons: My son prefers a very balanced bat. I don't know if it is the bigger barrel, the end loading, or what, but my son's bat speed is much slower with this bat. My son is a small framed 13 year old who normally is a very good hitter. He went two tournaments with this bat and absolutely couldn't hit. He switched back to his Omaha of the same weight and length and went 3 for 3 in the championship game. He absolutely hates this bat. Was a waste of money for us.
dynasty
Pros: Seemed to have pretty good pop initially. Looks great.
Cons: 6 kids in our Select league have this same bat. 5 of the 6 bats have cracked or had small chunks of the metal knocked off the bats. All have returned. Just returned mine, going to try the Vertex and see if it holds up better. This bat also has a VERY small sweet spot.
Dodgerdog
Pros: great graphics, good looking bat
Cons: my son is a pretty good hitter and has used LS almost exclusively ever since the old blue catalyst bat ruled the market 5 or 6 years ago. This bat is NO blue catalyst bat! LS calls this a "balanced bat" yet my son says that it has a very end loaded feel to it. The bat does have a micro sweet spot. To be fair my son went from a 31" -10 to a 32" -10 but I wouldn't think that would throw off his swing as much as this bat does. Bottom line...this bat is a miss for LS. I will eat the $$$ this time and move on to the DM CF5 or combat B-4.
Barro
Pros: Hot out of the wrapper, amazing grip and feel, loaded with pop, huge sweetspot, and barrel.
Cons: None

Pros: it's a composite bat and the only louisville slugger two piece composite. it has to be a good bat for them to sell it.
Cons: parents who spoil their kids with whatever bat they want whenever they want, dont like it
>:( Killer rival player
Pros: Good pop for a while
Cons: Bat broke in 2 weeks, don't buy this bat
Great Bat Mr. Excitement parent
Pros: I was a little apprehensive about buying this bat for my son since my experience with the H2 and his experience with the H2 and Catalyst haven't been all that great. I've been a Louisville Slugger guy all my life and love the Omaha's, Air Attacks ect from the mid 90's. This bat hits the mark. It is well balanced, has a nice sweet spot, gives no negative feedback (according to my son) and has a great grip. He is absolutely destroying the ball with this bat....a far cry from the struggles he had with the Catalyst last season. I bought this along with a CF6, but he has yet to take the CF6 out of the wrapper. This is a tremendous bargain at $119. The bat has restored my faith in Louisville Slugger so much that we're headed to Columbus OH on the 25th of this month to swing the 2014 Attack at National Demo Day.
Cons: Have yet to find one. The durability question will remain to be answered since we've only had the bat about a month.
Awesome Bat Ben coach
Pros: This bat has great pop with little or no vibration. My son has yet to hit with it during a game but has it broke in, hitting hundreds of balls in the batting cage. The ball just jumps of this bat and can't wait till game time. 11U baseball
Cons: none

Dont buy this stick scott bran denburg coach
Pros: none
Cons: I purchased 2 of these bats in the 31" model a month ago for the 2014 season....both bats broke within 1 week of purchase...we have played 9 games and maybe 5 practices...bats are junk...sent back to louisville slugger yesterday for replacements.
Lack Luster Matt K parent
Pros: Low vibration
Cons: Small sweet spot. Broke after about 6 months. Had a catalyst and when it broke under warranty they sent this as a replacement. Took over 2 weeks for Louisville Slugger to even process the warranty after they got it. This was the middle of the season. Disappointing customer service and after breaking 2nd bat in just over a year we won't buy another Louisville Slugger.
Awful Tyler player
Pros: when you square the baseball it feels great
Cons: I broke 2 of these bats in a very short time span. small sweetspot and no pop.

Not Strong enough mom parent
Pros: My son liked the bat. it was a perfect fit for him.
Cons: It cracked after 1 month's use. My son is 9 but weighs same as a grown man and hits like one too. I've yet to find a bat that can hold up to his strength.

About the Brand
In 1842, J. Frederick Hillerich emigrated with his family from Baden-Baden, Germany to the United States. Eight years before, the 1834 Book of Sports had made its debut as the nation's first publication covering baseball. But when he arrived in Baltimore, J. Frederick Hillerich would never have dreamed of the future impact his family would have on America's favorite pastime.
After a short while, the Hillerichs moved to Louisville, where J. Fred started a woodworking shop in 1856. Two of his sons, Adam and John Andrew "Bud" were born in the United States and would later join their father in his business. By 1864 "J.F. Hillerich, Job Turning" was in operation and filled orders for businesses by custom-turning everything from balusters to bedposts.
The firm thrived, and by 1875 the little woodworking shop employed about 20 people. In 1880 Bud Hillerich, who was an amateur baseball player, became an apprentice in his father's shop. Young Bud made his own baseball bats along with bats for several of his teammates.
The debate over the origins of the first bat continues to generate controversy among baseball enthusiasts, but the younger Hillerich was most certainly involved in getting his father's business involved with what would become the company's signature item. According to company legend, the first bat was turned by Bud for Pete "The Old Gladiator" Browning in 1884. Browning was a star on Louisville's professional American Association team - the Eclipse. On a spring afternoon Bud, then seventeen, witnessed Browning break his favorite bat. Bud offered to make a bat for his hero, and Browning accepted. After the young wood shop apprentice lathed a quality stick from white ash, according to the story, Browning got three hits with it in the next game.
Louisville Slugger gloves are worn by more pitchers in Major League Baseball than any other glove.
