Pros: Great pop, evenly weighted, almost the same feeling as the Cat 5 when the ball leaves the bat.
Cons: Don't like the half color barrel
oreo
Pros: the ball seems to bounce off the bat and never really had a ground out yet only out was a strike out and a sack fly
Cons: none really

Cons:
bambam
Pros: love this bat. I had this bat for two months and hit two tripples and a ground rule double. I was never a homerun hitter but the bat helped me. Awsome pop
Cons: none
BuyThisBat
Pros: Yes! Amazing bat right out the wrapper. I bought this bat thinking i would use it for practice b/c it was so cheap($100). I used it and from the get go the ball flys off the bat. My friend has the 2013 nike fuse and it no where compares and he agrees. Great for power hitters like myself. Feels composite as it also has a "crack" sound. Overall... best bbcor i have ever used.
Cons: Grip gets dirty quick but not that big of a deal. GET IT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
THEMADFAN99

beast
Pros: great pop for a bbcor
Cons: topheavy
Rob
Pros: This bats is amazing. Right out of the wrapper this bat has almost as much pop as a BESR. No lie. It has a nice crack to it when you hit the ball. Even when you hit the ball off the hands as long as you continue your swing the ball will still be hit hard and carry as if you hit it on the barrel.
Cons: The trip gets dirty. Which is to a con. And if you think it is then you are not a baseball player and you are on the wrong site.
Locko
Pros: solid feel, little to no stinging.
Cons: not as head light as promoted. Not real heavy but I thought from description it would be lighter.
mike
Pros: beleive it or not i feel that this bat compares to the marucci cat 5!!!This bat has so much pop! Also the ping off the bat easily compares to the marucci cat 5!
Cons: NONE

Pros: None
Cons: The bat is just horrible... No pop and is top heavy...

Pros: This bat was more than I expected. My son is making the transition to middle school ball where they are expected to use bbcor. I bought this for this upcoming season thinking he would loose some distance on his power long ball. To my surprise the ball is going just as far if not farther with this bat. Sounds like a wood bat when you hit the ball. Very solid bat.
Cons: None.
bsebllfrlfe
Pros: very good better than i expected most of the players on my team use my bat which is this one
Cons:
jett
Pros: great swing wt. good balence great price...great for middle school baseball already hit 2 bombs. hot
Cons: handle gets dirty.
Villarreal
Pros: Very good pop, sounds like a composite bat...I hit 4-2 first time that I used.
Cons: A little heavy vs same -3 any Demarini.
jb13
Pros: I used to use a Dynasty SL11D. I was really disappointed in having to switch. I actually hit farther with this one. Last year I played on a 210 ft. field as a 6th grader. This year I play on a 400 ft. fence to center and 320 ft. to left and right. Last night it was my first time outside on the field and I hit it 15 yards from the fence in left field. I am a home run hitter and it looks like I can continue my reputation on almost twice as big of a field! Get it. You will be amazed.
Cons: Nada.
big e
Pros: The bat has good pop and I am 12 and I got this for school ball and I am hitting the ball farther then most of the team. All of my teammates want to use it.
Cons: The handle gets dirty quick.
TheBallRipper
Pros: excellent bat super stiff great feel when hit with. the bats makes a clunk noise which is greet better than the annoying ting other bats make. great grip its hard to let go of when trying to put the bat down when you hit the ball.this is the best bat I've had in a while
Cons: non at all very great bat.
Ciriaco Power 77
Pros: BALANCED!!! Might feel a little bit top heavy, but when u start swinging this compared to other BBCOR bats it is balanced. Highly comparable to the Easton XL series, XL2 to be exact. The XL2 is a hybrid just like the Vertex and the two have wonderful pop, but the major difference is the price. Save some greed, buy the Vertex and have a bat which is better than the XL2 in my opinion (I have swung and hit with it). First big hit with this bat was a 300ft triple. It's a great bat
Cons: NONE
Homerman
Pros: Good feel, lots of pop AMAZING BAT.
Cons: Could have a better grip.
Godzilla
Pros: Great weight distribution, nice ping, I am a power hitter and have three other BBcor bats, this is by far my favorite. Two gap triples first game using it. It's gotta be the bat!
Cons: White grip? Really?
firstusebomber
Pros: Great bat! My very first at bat with it a hit a line shot home run, I have hit a line shot within 10-20ft of the fence most the time! I will never switch from Louisville!
Cons: Grip gets dirty quick, worth it though!
theboss
Pros: It hits well, but not as well as I thought it would, in my opinion. The weight has a nice and is feel very balanced.
Cons: Sound, but seems to lack pop compared to like a Rawlings or a Demarini.

Pros: The ball jumps off the bat. Great sweet spot. Good for power hitters.
Cons: none
Great Bat Swinger player
Pros: Great Price, Great pop---It's about the swing not the bat...don't pay a bunch of $$ for a BBCOR, they are all basically the same that was the whole purpose of the BBCOR rule. I tried them all this is as good as any on the market....don't be fooled by claims one BBCOR is better than another---they are all basically the same as far as pop goes-- the way BBCOR's are balanced is the only difference
Cons: None

About the Brand
In 1842, J. Frederick Hillerich emigrated with his family from Baden-Baden, Germany to the United States. Eight years before, the 1834 Book of Sports had made its debut as the nation's first publication covering baseball. But when he arrived in Baltimore, J. Frederick Hillerich would never have dreamed of the future impact his family would have on America's favorite pastime.
After a short while, the Hillerichs moved to Louisville, where J. Fred started a woodworking shop in 1856. Two of his sons, Adam and John Andrew "Bud" were born in the United States and would later join their father in his business. By 1864 "J.F. Hillerich, Job Turning" was in operation and filled orders for businesses by custom-turning everything from balusters to bedposts.
The firm thrived, and by 1875 the little woodworking shop employed about 20 people. In 1880 Bud Hillerich, who was an amateur baseball player, became an apprentice in his father's shop. Young Bud made his own baseball bats along with bats for several of his teammates.
The debate over the origins of the first bat continues to generate controversy among baseball enthusiasts, but the younger Hillerich was most certainly involved in getting his father's business involved with what would become the company's signature item. According to company legend, the first bat was turned by Bud for Pete "The Old Gladiator" Browning in 1884. Browning was a star on Louisville's professional American Association team - the Eclipse. On a spring afternoon Bud, then seventeen, witnessed Browning break his favorite bat. Bud offered to make a bat for his hero, and Browning accepted. After the young wood shop apprentice lathed a quality stick from white ash, according to the story, Browning got three hits with it in the next game.
Louisville Slugger gloves are worn by more pitchers in Major League Baseball than any other glove.
