Ask A QuestionMy son plays machine pitch (36 mph on the machine, 32mph across the plate) Does this qualify under the Coach pitch speeds? I am concerned about getting a bat with too thin of walls.
Coach Pitch bats and Junior Big Barrel bats, like the Marucci CAT 5: MJBB@ Junior Big Barrel bat, are designed to be used against pitches under 40 mph. As long as the CAT 5 is used against pitches less than 40 mph and not used in temperatures less than 55 degrees, you should be fine.
Which bat gets better distance or pop? The Marucci MJBB2 or the Louisville Slugger Z-1000.
