Description
The Marucci Bat Company™ takes pride in turning top quality wooden baseball bats in the same tradition and precise technique of the earliest bat companies. Every Marucci Bat™ is cut, calibrated, balanced, buffed and lacquered by hand. The Marucci Bat Company™ uses top grade Maple billets cut from selected, naturally grown trees in Pennsylvania forests. This selection process insures the highest possible grade of wood for each bat. The Marucci Bat Company™ bats are 100 percent handmade or turned in small batches from an original design, then finished and detailed by hand. Each model is made to exacting specifications maximizing balance and ease of handling. The Marucci Bat Company™ uses an Ultra Penetrating Stain that provides the best possible finish for your next Marucci Bat. Most impressive is the Bone Rubbing technique that The Marucci Bat Company™ uses. `Boning` bats began in the earliest days of baseball with players like Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. These Hall-of-Famers would spend hours in their dugouts rubbing their bats with old cow femur bones. Bone Rubbing closes the wood`s pores, compressing it and making it harder. Marucci uses the same technique on their bats, rubbing before the finish is applied to seal and harden the wood. Just another example of how Marucci takes the same pride in their bats as our baseball heroes once did. Cons: paint comes off easily, chips VERY easily
Bad Bat Jim coach
Pros: none
Cons: 5 kids on my team got this bat and they all broke it within a week
Overall Grade B+ BigGunsAndHomeruns player
Pros: Tons of pop. (I'm a power hitter so I assume every bat can put the ball over the fence, and most can, but this bat rifles the ball of the bat) it's more than just a pop. The most balanced power I have ever used. End loaded but still able to swing through the strike zone.
Cons: I haven't broken the bat yet but I would say that after maybe 20 at bats or less the bat is feeling weak. Maybe I just got unlucky but it's doesn't seem to have the best durability.
great bat brian player
Pros: nice barrel size. great pop. when you hit it on the sweet spot it makes that perfect noise of an absolute dinger. look great feels great and its is great
Cons: none
Great Bat Had Mine for 2 Years James Garrison player
Pros: I compared the AP5 and Cutch22 to this bat and they aren't anywhere as good this is by far the BEST BALANCED BAT Marucci makes, hands down. Great balanced bat, i'm 5'11 180lbs and had a 33inch that turned out to be really easy to swing. Line drives & hits in the gaps are so common with this bat. Before I got this bat I was terrible at going opposite field but it seems like with this bat everything that broke outside the bat would go right with the ball, it just felt natural I guess it's because of the long barrel. Did only hit 2 homeruns with this bat the whole time I had it, but you cant really use my experience to judge if you're going to be using this as a power hitter. Although I recommend this bat for players who's primary focus is to get the bat through the zone fast & be able to control which part of the field they want to hit to.
Cons: Had mine for 2 years before it finally broke, I guess that would be more of a Pro seeing that it took fairly long.
19 Kent murphy coach
Pros: Amazing
Cons: None
JB 19 Ryan player
Pros: Great bat with good pop. No complaints
Cons: Everybody wants to use it
Great Bat! Jordan Dalrymple player
Pros: Well balanced with great pop and durability.
Cons: None
great swaggyp player
Pros: extremely well balanced. Not heavy at all. I had a very smooth swing with this bat
Cons: its pretty expensive. handle is very slippery but i put lizard skin on mine. came with a small dent but nothing noticable
AMAZING BAT Matt player
Pros: I'm 12 years old but I can easily swing this bat. It's my first wood but I just know it's one of the best with its great amount of pop and huge sweet spot. I've had mine for around one year now and it's still in great condition. I prefer it over any metal bats.
Cons: None, it's a great bat
best wood bat ?? player
Pros: it is verry balanced, has lots of pop, feels good when I hit with it
Cons: none
Best Wood Bat David Paff player
Pros: perfect balance for me with the slightest bit of top heaviness which I love.
Cons: cant think of anything because I've already played in 30 games with it and it still hasnt broken and has crazy pop
@prince.2024 Ashton Renfro - @prince.2024 player
Pros: Bat is solid quality. I like the sound for this wooden bat. Really durable.
Cons: 31 inch is heavy. Not for the small player.
