Pros: My son got his Balistk bat in may and has hit 5 homeruns and 3 doubles in 5 games. It was hot the first day,the first pitch was a homerun. Thanks Linda in Customer Service. Cons:none hot the first day

is this better for a power hitter or a contact hitter?

This is a one-piece bat. One piece bats are often preferred by power hitters. It is also a very well balanced bat. Typically contact hitters prefer a well balanced bat. Because of these features, the BTKYB is a great choice for either.

Is this bat legal for the 2012 season little league?

This bat does NOT have the USSSA stamp on it that is needed for 2012. It does have the B.P.F 1.15 stamp on it though. I would double check with your league or tournament offical before purchasing.
