Ask A QuestionNo and sorry if I wasn't clear. My sons bat is a 25" louisville slugger TPX. Its weight is -12.5 or 12.5 oz. How much does the Mattingly weight? Will it be too heavy?
These are not marked with the weights, so I weighed one for you. The one I weighed was 15 oz. If the Louisville your son has now is metal, that's why there is such a big weight difference, you can only get a wood bat so light. Metal allows you to go much lighter.
My son who is 4 years old plays with a 25" 12.5oz. How much does the 25" wieght?
I believe you meant to type the 26" if so, that weight would be 13.5oz.
