No, it is not USSSA approved because it doesn't have the USSSA stamp.

If the bat doesn't have the new stamp by usssa is it ok for use in 9-10 y/o and 11-12 y/o little leauge? I heard something that all bats need the stamp B-riz
The Mattingly Fierce will still be legal for Little League. Little League has a different set of rules from USSSA and they will not require the USSSA stamp on their bats.
