Pros: My 14u daughter loves this bat. Went from using a xeno which she absolutely loved to this Miken and has become her new favorite bat wouldn't change anything except a different color handle wrap.

Cons: White handle isn't working.looks nice but gets dirty very easily.

Pros: Our fastpitch team really liked this bat for the short amount of time they were able to use it.

Cons: The bat broke on first day of use, right at the handle. Replacement bat was sent and after a few days of practice it broke again. We will NOT purchase another!!

Did the Miken REV-EX take the place of the Miken Freak? Freak

This Miken REV-EX: FREV10 Fastpitch would be the closest model in their current product line to the Freak: FPFX10. Both bats are one-piece composites with balanced swing weights and -10 length to weight ratios. Miken utilizes the newer 750X HPI Composite material in the REV-EX while the Freak was made from the R900 Composite.

My daughter has been used a few Easton CV12's and loves them. How would this bat compare? Is the handle breaking a common thing as listed in the reviews? browman

The Miken REV-EX (FREV10) is similar to the CV12 in regards to performance. The handle breaking is not that common. This can occur with any type of bat The REV-EX uses very durable composite materials.
