can it be used as a bat in highschool baseball?
It can not be used in High School games. This is a fungo bat that works great for coaches in need of a bat to hit baseballs to their players during practice or pre game warm ups.

Also this bat comes with a cupped end for a more balanced feel. Fungos are specifically designed for coaches to easily hit ground balls and fly balls for infield or outfield practice.
