Pros: Bat was hot out the box! Looks great clean, my son plays on a 11U travel team, after he hit the whole team wanted to use it. We have had success from every Nike bat we ever owned.

Cons: The obvious being white, it is gonna get dirty. Ball marks are a given. This does not affect the bats performance. Why don't more people rave Nike technology?

Pros: Evenly Balanced, very large sweet spot, good for all kinds of hitters! i used it over the course of probably 20 games and was able to hit 5 home runs. I would have used it all year but it ended up being an inch to short later in the year so i had to move up to a 32 inch bat.

Cons: Tthe grip gets very dirty very quick. It also tore easily

Pros: Not a very good bat. I don't get it, and way over priced.

Cons: I hate this bat I got it and it sounds horrible. It is very end loaded. It has OK pop, not that great. Don't buy if you are a serious baseball player.

Pros: Great bat. This bat has tons of pop right out of the box. I've never felt any kind of sting or additional vibration from this bat. I love the thin handle and large barrel.

Cons: This bat scratches very easy but honestly, who cares! It's baseball, not a fashion show! The only reason I gave it a four instead of a five is because this bat is very barrel heavy. About 5-6 oz of the over all weight is in the barrel and I prefer I balanced bat it's not that bad.

After purchasing and playing (2012) with the 2 1/4" CX2 for little league play it was brought to our attention (pre-all star) it was not legal for LL play. Would you happen to know why Nike stopped making the CX2 youth/senior league bat, as it was the best bat we have owned and will it be USSSA/LL approved? Waiting for 2 1/4" CX2
Nike has decided to stop production on all their bats and concentrate on all the other aspects and sources of revenue for their business. The Nike Aero CX2: BT0635 does have the new USSSA stamp which makes it legal for USSSA play. However, the Nike Aero CX2: BT0635 is illegal in Little League play.
Tyler
Is there a way I can find a youth version in a 31 inch? rydoggy
We do not have the Nike Aero CX2: BT0635 Senior League in a small barrel. We were unable to locate the Nike Aero CX2 youth model. However, the Niken Aero CX2 model is discontinued and has been banned by Little League.

Is this bat the same as the Nike MC2? Bob
The Nike Aero CX2 (BT0635) is a two-piece fully composite design. The Nike MC2 is two-piece bat with a composite handle and alloy barrel. Both are very high performing bats.
Kara
on this bat barrel overlaps the handle almost making it look like theres 2 barrels, does this increase pop or is it just some connection piece, i've seen this also on a lot of the demartini bats and i've wondered what it is for Mike
The Nike Aero CX2: (BT0635) is a two-piece full composite design. Having connection pieces is a very common characteristic found among baseball bats. Two-piece bats generally allow a little bit more flex and are usually preferred by contact hitters. The Nike Aero CX2 (BT0635) will have technology in it to help maximize the sweet spot, reduce vibration, and increase performance. If you are a contact-hitter this model would be a great choice to take a look at.
Merritt
Can this bat used in high school baseball? Ashton
This bat has a -8 length to weight ratio. High school baseball requires bats to have a BBCOR certification and a -3 length to weight ratio. Therefore, the Nike Aero CX2 (BT0635) would not be legal in high school play.
Gary T.
How much did the BBCOR version of this bat retail when it was released? And are there any major differences between the M1 or MC2 in comparison to the CX2? tj
Our system indicates that the CX2 Adult model would have been initially sold for $399.99. The CX2 was a two-piece fully composite model. The M1 was a one-piece alloy. And the MC2 was a two-piece hybrid design.
Mac
Of the three bats: the M1, MC2, and the CX2 (BBCOR model), which bat was most popular and which gave the best results? tj
You can still check out the reviews on each product page: M1 BBCOR (http://goo.gl/rAbApq), MC2 (http://goo.gl/xokqwD), and CX2 (http://goo.gl/6g7BQc). All were highly reviewed when we carried them.
