The ruling for the newest USSSA stamp came after the first lots of the Aero came out. The subsequent lots that came out did have the stamp. But USSSA agreed to grandfather in the original ones that had the other stamp on it. It would be legal either way.

The Nike Aero CX2 will require a break in period, while this one will not. They are both great bats and you can't really go wrong with either!
