Pros: I am the owner of two Hitting Facilities in Central Florida. I have seen almost every bat come available. My son also plays year round and has had the following bats: Easton S3, Louisville Slugger Vertex, Easton Omen, and a Worth Prodigy. This bat has out performed every single one of those bats. The Prodigy may have a little more pop but its durability is TERRIBLE. The Rip it is very balanced, has a great feel, and allows for good barrel control. You will not find a more durable bat in its class.

Pros: Made in USA. 30 day money back guarantee.

Cons: Not the pop I was looking for. 10 yo son has 2012 Worth Prodigy that blows this out of the water. This bat is probably more durable though. Sent back after 2 BP sessions.

Pros: JUST GOT THE BAT, SON LOVES IT. THE POP IS INCREDIBLE AND IT SEEMS TO BE A HARDER ALLOY THAT WILL REALLY HOLD UP. USES IT IN GAMES AND CAGES SO FAR WITH ABOUT 350 HARD HITS WITH IT....NOT 1 SINGLE DENT. HE IS DRIVING THE BALL WITH POWER AND PLAYS 11u TRAVEL BALL

Cons: HANDLE IS A LITTLE THIN, HOWEVER NO STING AT ALL.

Pros:

Cons: This is the worst bat my son has ever used! It has no life, the paint has chipped off after very limited use and now the end cap is gone! I'm disgusted and out $249, which is a very high price for this very poor product! First use the end cap almost came off and it has never performed well at all. I hoped it just needed to be broken in, but now wish I would have returned it in the first thirty days, but an injury to my son's hand on 8/15/12 kept him off the field until this past weekend, where he used bat at the Texas State Championships, at which time the end cap finally flew completely off in his first AB of the day, forcing him to use someone else's bat the remainder of the tournament... I would love a full refund as he hasn't used even close to 30 days and its ready for the trash! DONT BUY IT!!!!

Pros: Light weight and balanced.

Cons: Not much pop. My son plays and I coach 11U travel ball. He has hit with several different manufacturers bats over the years but seems to favor Worth. I had him swing the Worth along with the Rip-It at the same hitting practice. No comparison on pop off the bat. We might have just got a lemon. To Rip-It's credit they fully refunded the purchase price of the bat.

Pros: Bat is for power hitters. The weight of the bat is heavy at 30" 20 oz. You may need to settle for a 19 ounce bat.

Cons: Ok bat at best.

Pros: My 12 year old hit over 10 home runs with this bat in one month. Has great pop and sound. Rip It also has great warranty and return policy.

Cons: He is now on his third bat in less than a year. First one dented on both sides from use and the second one actually cracked from a line drive in a game. Durability seems to be an issue.

Pros: By far the best bat. Used Easton, demarini, tpx, composite (pre-bbcor requirement. Nothing comes close. The pop on this bat is outstanding. My son has been hitting bombs. Other kids on the team have started using his bat, they all got extremely hot at the plate with the confidence they had after hitting. Now half the team has bought this bat. Guarantee will get another one.

Cons: Every kid will want to use it..

Pros: Balanced bat with great pop. It quickly became the bat the whole team wanted to use. The pop is on par or slightly better than the Easton S3 and does not dent. Warranty service from RIP-IT Sports is incredible. I sent the bat in after cracking the end cap during practice and I had a replacement bat back in less than a week!

Cons: White grip does show dirt easily, so if you care how it looks it won't stay pretty looking.

Pros: Lots of pop, makes a nice sound when you hit it on the sweet spot

Cons: Stings like crazy when you don't hit it of the sweet spot. First bought it and it started making a suspicious rattling sound a month in. I shipped it back and got a new one, which snapped in half when I hit a ball off the handle.

Tyler
Does this bat feel light or heavy? mr.clutch
The B1310 will be an evenly balanced bat...if that is what you are asking.
Tyler
Any expert experience with the 2013 bat yet to give advice? How will its swing/pop compare to an S3? BABE
The 2013 RIP-IT Prototype: B1310 Senior League bat is a very high performing, durable bat. The Prototype is very comparable to the Easton S3 as they are both one-piece alloy designs. The Easton S3 is available in a 2 5/8" and 2 3/4" barrel diameter in the Senior League model.
Austin
Does it have great pop? mueller11
Yes the 2013 RIP-IT Prototype: B1310 features Advanced Tempered Ballistic Alloy (ATBA) Technology which gives it great pop.
Tom
Will you be getting it in the 28/18? The Ripper
Unfortunately, we will not be carrying the 2013 RIP-IT Prototype: B1310 Senior League in a 28" 18 oz model.
Tyler
My son plays 12U Super Series baseball in Central Texas, is this bat legal in this game play league? pitodosa
We recommend checking with your local league official for exact rules and regulations. As each league has different restrictions.
Kara
what are the benefits composite over alloy? 1 piece over 2 piece? Twinsdad
It really comes down to the personal preference of the player. Composite bats often out perform alloy bats but require a break-in period of 150-200 hits before that happens. Alloy bats do not require a break-in and are at their best from day one. One-piece bats often offer less flex and many stronger hitters prefer one-piece bats because of that. Two-piece bats offer a little more flex and will do a better job of reducing sting and vibration.
Tyler
Is this bat Little League approved? ColeH
The 2013 RIP-IT Prototype: B1310 Senior League is legal in the Junior Division only.
Kara
Will it be like normal alloy bats or will it be a good durable bat and not just a "out of the wrapper bat"? ryan
The 2013 RIP-IT Prototype: B1310 Senior League is a durable alloy material and will perform very well.
Frank
I purchased my son the 2012 RIP-IT bat last year, just like the new 2013 model. His is red and he loved it. He started off great this year with it and is having the highest batting average but the last few games it seems like it is losing it's pop. My question is, does the alloy lose it's pop? Also is the new 2013 RIP-IT better then last year? Crissy
The new 2013 RIP-IT Prototype: B1310 Senior League will have the new Acoustic Barrel R 1 Alloy which is certainly a upgrade for the older models.
