Ask A Question

What is the difference between this bat and the Easton S20010? Which is better? Which one would you recommend for a 7 year old (a very big 7 year old) that is in coach pitch?

The Worth Copperhead (YBCH50) and the 2014 Easton S200 (YB14S200) are both similar in quality and performance. Either bat would fit his size.

Is it little league approved?

Yes, the Worth Copperhead (YBCH50) is legal for play in Little League.

Tessa L. Expert ·Feb 12, 2014

I am holding the Easton YB13MG and the Worth YBCH50? Both are 30" 20 oz. Are these basically the same bats or am i missing something? Same size sweet spot, materials, etc.?

The 2013 Worth Copperhead: YBCH50 Youth and 2013 Easton Magnum: YB13MG Youth are very comparable in terms of performance, durability, swing weight and size. The Copperhead is less tapered than the Magnum, giving it a slightly larger sweet spot.

Product Description

New for 2013! The Worth Copperhead has been one of the best-selling affordable youth bats for years. This season, Worth has beefed up the Copperhead with all of their popular technology to truly give players, parents, and coaches the most bang for their buck! An extended barrel and optimized wall thickness make this bat ideal for players looking for a balance of performance and durability. This one-piece fully aluminum design features Worth's Whiplash Technology that creates a 30% thinner taper than other brands. This reduces the bat's swing weight and increases the player's swing speed; a vital quality for younger players. The Copperhead also features Worth's X-Tended Sweetspot that is made possible by extending the barrel 1-2" in length, creating the largest sweetspot in aluminum bats. This bat is topped off with a Center Load End Plug that is designed to allow barrel flexibility and produce 5% more inertia to drive through the ball. With a new Tech Grip, the Copperhead will reduce sting and give players an incredible feeling swing, every single time up. Worth: A Century of Excellence! The Copperhead is approved for play in Little League, Babe Ruth, Dixie, Pony, AABC, and USSSA. It is backed by a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

About Worth

Worth Worth, Inc. can trace its beginning back to the year 1912, when George Sharp Lannom, Jr. purchased a tannery in Tullahoma, Tennessee and established the Lannom Manufacturing Company. Initially, the firm tanned leather for harnesses and horse collars they manufactured. However, as the automobile grew in popularity, the demand for the company's harnesses and collars declined, so Lannom shifted its manufacturing resources toward production of leather covered baseballs and softballs under the "Worth" brand, and men's leather dress gloves under the "Craig" brand.
