The 2014 will have a stiffer feel because of the new composite material in the handle. The 2014 will also have the new RCK knob that feels better on your hand.

The DeMarini Voodoo is going to be best for a contact hitter who is also a power hitter.

Both the 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition and the 2013 Easton XL1 are end-loaded and more for the power hitter. So, the end -loaded bats will have more pop than the 2013 Marucci Black 2.
How does this compare to the Easton XL Power Brigade Series?
The 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition and the Easton XL Power Brigade Series are very similar. They are both end loaded, the DeMarini Voodoo only comes with a alloy barrel as in the Easton you can get a composite barrel which would be a upgrade in materials.

The 2013 Voodoo BBCOR and the 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition are going to be made of the exact same materials. The Limited Edition DeMarini Voodoo just has a different paint scheme.

The paint on the 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition: DXVDC Adult bat will not chip easily. Baseballs will probably leave marks as you make contact.

We will not have either the 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition or the 2013 Louisville Slugger TPX EXOGRID 3 BBCOR in a bat pack until these bats are either replaced or discontinued.

If you are a power hitter I would suggest the 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition: DXVDC Adult. It is end loaded so it can tend to be a little to heavy for some people to get the bat around. The end load will add pop to your swing if you can get it through the zone.
Will this bat be avalible in a bat pack soon?
We can't say for sure, but if the 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition: DXVDC is ever featured in a bat pack it won't be until sometime this summer.

About how many seasons will this bat last?
The 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition: DXVDC Adult bat will be the best right out of the wrapper. It will not require a period of break-in. It will slowly lose it's pop over time. As for a number of seasons, it will just depend how much you use the bat.
Do you think that a person about 125 lbs., and 5'6" tall would have any problems swinging a 32" -3 BBCOR.
No, the recommended size for an adult player at your height and weight is a 31" model. The 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition: DXVDC Adult bat will however have a slight end load to the swing weight. So it may in fact, swing a little heavier.
What is your personal opinion on this bat, and would you recommend it for middle school use ?
The 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition: DXVDC Adult is awesome. The two-piece hybrid design makes it easy to swing and requires no period of break-in. It will have a slight end load that power hitters tend to love. I would use a -5 Senior League bat unless your middle school leagues requires a BBCOR. If it does require BBCOR, this would be a great choice.
What is the difference between the Voodoo and the CF5? I own a Voodoo, but I haven't swung a CF5.

The 2013 DeMarini CF5 BBCOR: DXCFC Adult bat is two-piece fully composite design. The CF5 will have more of a balanced swing weight than the Voodoo. This bat or the new TPX EXOGRID 3 BBCOR?
The 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR and the TPX EXOGRID 3 BBCOR are both top of the line, high performing alloy bats. Both bats would be an excellent choice. I would recommend sticking with the brand you have had success with in the past.
I've been hearing rumors about some 2013 Demarini Voodoos being banned from from the TSSAA and not being BBCOR certified ? Can someone clarify this for me ?
We have heard no such rumors and as far as we know the DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR bats will not lose their certification. There is nothing on TSSAA's website that indicates the illegality of the Voodoo.
If the limited edition bat cracks or has some other defect do you think DeMarini will send me another limited edition bat or the standard red and black 2013 model?

Is this bat comparable to the speed series by Easton? Which is better? Which is more balanced?
The 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition: DXVDC Adult will be very comparable to the Easton speed series. Both use top of the line alloy and composite materials. The Voodoo is more end loaded than the speed series bats.

Unfortunately, to our knowledge, DeMarini has no plans to release any other 2013 Limited Edition models.
What is the difference between 2013 and 2012 VooDoo bats?
The 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition: DXVDC Adult bat will be the same as the 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR: DXVDC Adult model with a Limited Edition Paint Scheme. If you are comparing the 2013 versions to the 2012 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR: DXVDC Adult bat they will be similar. Both bats will be Two-Piece Hybrid Designs. Both will have 2 5/8" barrel diameters. The barrel on the 2013 model will be created with X10 Alloy which is updated from the 2012 model's alloy. The Composite handle will be different on the 2013 model as well. The new composite handle will eliminate even more vibration than the previous year's Voodoo. Both bats will have a slight end load. Both will have a Full 12 month Warranty through DeMarini.

Unfortunately, the 2013 DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR Limited Edition is only available in the 32" and 33" sizes.
