How is the TPS Mendoza grade of composite C1C, compare to other composite bats made of other composite material?
The 2013 Louisville Slugger TPS Mendoza: FP13M Fastpitch bat will use Louisville's C1C Composite materials. The C1C Composite is precisely layered with toughened epoxy resin to make it not only high performing, but insanely durable for a mid-level priced bat. It will not be the same Composite used on the 2013 XENO or 2013 oneX. The composite used on those bats will allow best performance right out of the wrapper. The C1C Composite will still require a period of break-in. 100-200 soft toss or tee swings would be fine. Just rotate the barrel .25" in her hands as she swings to work over the entire barrel.
