Questions and Answers for 2014 Marucci ONE Senior League Baseball Bat: MSB15-B Blue

I'm 5'4" weight 115 lbs, and I have an open stance. I used a Voodoo last year that was end-loaded, but I prefer bats to be more leveled. What bat should I use?

If you prefer a balanced bat, I would probably suggest the 2014 DeMarini CF6 Senior League Baseball Bat: (DXCFR). This model incorporates a two-piece, full composite, balanced design and has been one of our top sellers. If you liked the feel of the alloy in the Voodoo, the 2014 DeMarini Vexxum Senior League Baseball Bat: (DXVX5) will be extremely similar. However, this model will provide you with the balanced distribution that you are looking for.

I am 5'3" 120 lbs. I used a DeMarini Voodoo last season and I am more of a power hitter. I have a open stance and I can swing a 25 oz bat. I have not seen any 32" bats and I was hopping to get a 32" bat. What is your opinion?

Based on your height and weight, we suggest a 31" bat. However, the 2014 Marucci ONE Senior League Baseball Bat (MSB15-B) Blue has a balanced swing weight and the Voodoo has an end loaded swing weight. The move to a balanced bat will make the jump up to a 32" model an easy transition.

What's the difference between the 2013 & the 2014 model bats?

The 2014 Marucci ONE (MSB15-B) and the 2013 Marucci Team use the same AZ3000 Aerospace Alloy. Marucci has made adjustments to the alloy for better durability.

Is this bat for a power hitter or contact hitter? For this bat is there any difference between the red and black besides the color?

The one-piece design of the 2014 Marucci ONE (MSB15-B) is best suited for a power hitter. There is not a difference between the red and black Marucci ONE bats.
