The one-piece Black Dragon is made entirely from Metalstorm's exclusive Extreme Impact Tech-9 X830 Alloy. This alloy gives players extreme performance and durability, while maintaining a light swing weight. The barrel is capped with a Quad-Cross reinforced end cap that improves durability and allows for a GIANT sweet spot. Metalstorm bats are also renowned for having the right amount of stiffness and a comfortable knob and grip that gives them a perfect feel. For a little extra power, the barrel on the Black Dragon is ever so slightly end-loaded, but feels well balanced through the hitting zone. The 2014 Metalstorm Black Dragon will be balanced, however, slightly end-loaded at the same time. The alloy material used will be fairly lightweight, and is designed to help increase performance and durability. Overall, the bat will be fairly light weight with the alloy material, and balanced structure. It will be slightly heavier at the end of the barrel, but it will not be extremely noticeable.
