The Salvo also features an end loaded 12" IMX Advanced Composite barrel to maximize the sweet spot and also excels at providing power through the zone. The 26, 27 and 28 ounce models feature a 1 ounce, 2 ounce and 3 ounce end-load respectively.

Pros: feels good and looks cool.

Cons: Not much pop out of the wrapper, small sweet spot. Maybe it will change after it breaks in, I have 200 hits and still not much pop.

The 2015 Easton Salvo Comp Loaded USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (SP15SVU) features a few differences in design when compared to the (SCN2). The (SCN2) featured a 13.5" barrel length and slightly end loaded swing weight. This (SP15SVU) will have a 12" barrel length and a more-pronounced end load. The similarity would be that both designs have a stiff flex with their one-piece designs. The (SP15SVAU) will have the same 13.5" barrel length, but it will provide a more-balanced swing weight. However, all three of these bats are constructed from IMX Composite.
