Good Fit tonya parent
Pros: He likes the length only have a few swings at practice but the ball comes off the bat nice and solid.
Cons: fatter barrell
what are those sharKS elite player
Pros: It has a lot pop when I use the bat in the game I hit a lot of bombs with the bat.
Cons: Little vibration
Great Bat Tyler player
Pros: this bat is great for its barrel length and pop
Cons: this bat has a huge drop
Excellent Bat for the price.. Tony coach
Pros: Great balanced bat, very controlled while swing, lots of POP, Tried all the expensive bats from teammates and this series has been right there. My sone has used this series for the past 4 years and has never failed him. This bat has built his confidence big time. Why spend hundreds when you can spend less the a hundred and get a bat that can perform just as good. Don't get caught up in all the expensive bat hype. This bat performed excellent on outside pitches with hard hit balls without compromise to power and ball strike.
Cons: None
lefty loosie Big Tom parent
Pros: best thing my son likes about the bat is the minimal vibration and larger sweet spot than other bats we've had. 29-17 feels true to posted measurements - the weight especially - but he looks good swinging it and seems well balanced. We have noticed improved bat speed but with a little more weight he tends to get more pop off the bat in practice.
Cons: So far nothing besides a question of durability. This is our first time using a 2-piece bat. Time will tell.

How is this bat different than the S-500, drop 13 bat? Is the sweet spot for both bats the exact same? There is a big difference in price. ken
My son is 8 years old, turning 9 in May 2016, playing in the minors (player pitched) for the first time this year. He is 4'7" tall and 100 lbs. I am considering this bat for him, in size 29 inches and 17 oz. Last year he was using a 29 inch bat that's 16 oz and -13. Am I right to get him this bat this year? What are your thoughts and recommendations? Thanks. Rachel
My son is just 9 years old, around 65 pounds, and is playing in a player pitch league this spring. He is good at baseball but hasn't played much. What bat do you recommend for him? Alison
I am down to the 2016 Easton S500C and 2016 Mizuno Generation for a 9 year old with average bat speed. What are the primary differences in your opinion and do those differences really matter at the end of the day? Tommy
My son is 58 lbs and 49 in, is this the bat for him, if not, what would you recommend for bat length and weight? Thanks in advance. Joy
Grandson just turning 9 years old at 4'3" 72 lbs. what length and ounce bat would you recommend for this bat? Also, is this the same bat as the Easton S500 bat? Bob
What is the difference between the S500C and the S600C? Batman
My son is soon to be 10 in May '16, playing kid pitch - he's already 5 ft and 100 lbs. Should we look at a 31 inch or 30 inch bat? He's been using DeMarini bats (-11 / -13) in past and doing ok, we know he has better potential and want best we can afford; teammates have variety of Easton shorter lengths. Please advise. PK
My son is 8 years old. About 5 months ago he suffered a compound broken left arm and is still dealing with some loss of strength from this. He will be in kid/coach pitch, but is playing as one of the older kids. He is a little over 4' 00" and weighs around 50 lbs. He has a great swing and could hit home runs last year with a light weight bat, but wants to try a little something different. Would this bat be a good fit for him? unsure mom
my son is 10 years about 4"8 and 80 pounds, what size bats should I get. I know he has 29, and 30 inch but he like his 29 better. perry
Why is this bat discontinued? DNew
