The Hex's barrel provides the maximum barrel length, and it is also ring-free which only maximizes the trampoline effect a hitter can create. Marucci Hex Alloy M. Allen parent

Pros: My son is 8 and absolutely loves this bat. He replaced his CAT 6 with the 2016 HEX Alloy. It is a very well designed bat with tremendous pop right out of the box. No break in period required. This bat has great balance and a very large sweet spot. My son's confidence has even improved with the use of this bat. The sound it makes on contact is awesome. I have been approached by many coaches and parents at tournaments inquiring about how they can get this bat. Marucci has done it again.

Marucci Hit it out the Park... with the Hex Alloy! JP17 coach

Pros: Performance/Pop is unmatched. Great bat for any age...I have a 8 & 13 yr old that swing this bat, best alloy bat on the market. Very durable, have been taking 500 plus cuts a week since January....no dents and pop is still as if it just came out of the wrapper. Kids love the sound when the ball comes off the bat. We have had several parents and coaches inquire about where to get this bat.

Great BAT and Pop!! Inferno coach

Pros: Excellent bat, I have bought multiple Marucci bats and this is by far the best one since the CAT5. My son plays on a 9U travel team and has been dropping bombs with the 29/19. He also has the composite Hex which is a good bat in its own right but he loves the feel of the allow and the ping.

Pros: Both my sons play travel ball. My oldest had the Cat 6 32/27 and it has tremendous pop. The Hex alloy is a great bat. My youngest started hitting with it right away and the ball flies off the bat and has the awesome ping sound. Get this bat you won't be disappointed.

Cons: None so far but I have to see how durable the bat is.

marucci hex alloy jake parent

Pros: my son loves the bat. he loves the balanced swing weight, the sound, the feed back, and he likes the graphics. Pretty obvious that this bat has a lot of pop. The ball jumps off the barrell.

Cons: He hasn'had it that long and it already has a dent. not sure if this is a bad thing against marucci or just a negative against -10 alloy bats in general. they all dent.

Great Bat DC parent

Pros: My son is 8yrs old and has been using this bat since the summer. He old bat was a Easton Mako, he seemed to never get the drive off of his Mako. This Marucci has been a pleasant surprise. My son is not a bulky kid, he is actually small framed. But he is able to rip the ball with this bat. I watch him in batting practice with his coach and see a big difference with the way the ball travels off the bat now vs how it did with the Mako. I highly recommend this bat. The coach who is a former pro seems to be impressed with the bat as well after taking a few swings with it. The Marucci has been very impressive so far.

Cons: None yet.

Thomas

Pros: Just got this bat this past weekend for my son who plays 10U travel ball. We went up in size from a 28/18 to a 29/19 but since the bat is so balanced he didn't really seem to notice the change. The bat has a lot of pop and a big sweet spot. First time swinging it he drove a outside pitch opposite field to the fence for a double. Oh, one of the teams we played had probably five or six of their players swinging the same bat.

Great at first, Bad Durability Dave parent

Pros: Pop out of the box, feel, balance

Cons: My 11 year old son had this bat for 2 1/2 months. It didn't even see game use. Had great pop out of the box and gave him added distance over other alloy bats. Only used for training 2-3 times a week in warm weather and indoor facility. It got a 2 inch crack on the sweet spot. This was a replacement for the Elite, which he dented badly after 3 months of use. I'm done buying Marucci.

This bat is HOT! Mike parent

Pros: My 8 year old son loves the 27 17. We received this bat as a warranty replacement for the Cat 6 that dented after 11 months of heavy use! We have a hitting station in our garage and he's taken this to the cages three times. He loves it. The bat is well balanced and gets through the zone quick. The pop off this bat is ridiculous! He likes it better than the Cat 6 and it is hotter in my opinion. He took it to the field last week and is absolutely roping the ball!

'16 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior H-Town Dad parent

Pros: My son used the Easton S3 '13-'15 models the last three seasons with great success. He's a line drive/power hitter that prefers one piece alloy over composite. The '16 Marucci Hex Alloy is very similar in performance and has held up well through many batting sessions so far. It's by far the most popular "hot" bat in the Houston area...seems like every team has a few in their lineups. The "ping" off the bat is a head turner!!!

Cons: Grips ok, but replaced with Lizard skin.

Wow Ken Benson coach

Pros: I can't honestly rate the durability because the bat just arrived today but I have to or the site won't take my review. Our first time out I was diving for cover on the pitchers mound and watching my son send balls into the outfield or rip burning grounders. This bat is the real deal. One of our baseballs is now completely misshapen. This bat could add some serious fun to our season.

Cons: None that I can see, hope the bat holds up over time.

No Durability JPaul parent

Pros: I will agree with other reviewing posts that the ball does have a lot more pop than the Easton S1 my son was using. It also has that distinctive sound that turns heads. The weight is balanced, but odd. The bat just cracked, but Marucci warranty has already contacted me about getting it back to them for replacement.

Cons: After 8 months of use my son literally opened up a 4 inch crack right in the sweet spot. He's not a power hitter and he doesn't share the bat with the team so this is all one kid use. We made sure that he didn't use it during cold weather and it was stored inside to eliminate environmental fatigue.

Buyer Beware - No Durability! Dave parent

Pros: Great pop out of the box, balanced feel, good customer service

Cons: Absolutely no durability! My 12 year old has destroyed two of these bats. First one was a replacement for an Elite, which dented in a half season's use. The first Hex cracked within 2 months of use. Good customer service sent us a second one, which was an exception to their policy. We took it out of the box last weekend, and it had two huge dents within the first 20 swings. All hitting done in warm weather/indoor facilities with real baseballs. If your kid swings hard and has some power, avoid this bat! The pop and feel of this bat are great out of the box, but I will not be buying any more Marucci bats.

Best Bat I've seen Josh P coach

Pros: I coach a 10u team, and help out with a 12u team. Both groups have had amazing success with this bat. I have never left a bat review before, but this has been absolutely incredible. The pop and the durability have been terrific. We are careful with the bat - don't let it get too cold. And it's held up great so far, about 15 games into the season.

Pretty Impressed - 9u Eddie coach

Pros: My son plays 9u ball and this is his first 2 3/4 bat. I purposely made him learn to swing on a 2 1/4 so he was not relying on a big sweet spot. When he used this for the first time with BP the ball jumped off the bat. The whole team, including myself was pretty amazed! Highly Recommended. We will see about durability. My son is not a hard swinger, but has very sound mechanics. (Side note: this bat has so much pop I was pitching from the mount to him and he hit a liner right back at me. I had no time to react and the ball hit my wrist. I was impressed with the hit, mad I got hammered by a ball. I hope that this doesn't happen in a game and he hits a pitcher....)

Skittle bat kills it JL Parent

Pros: It doesn't look it in pictures but it does have a massive barrel. You won't be mistaken when solid contact is made, this bat unleashes a ridiculously loud ping sound. My son had previously had a Little League approved 2 1/4" barrel version of this bat and loved it. When he switched to travel, he wanted the same bat in a larger barrel. This bat is well balanced and easy to swing. I've never seen a Marucci bat dent...is that even a thing?

Cons: Too loud? Grip does not seem to last long and will need to be replaced.

Mac
What is the 'Sting-Free Comfort Knob'? cardsfan4
Marucci's "Sting-Free Comfort Knob" is a highly durable knob produced from a vibration-absorbing nylon material designed to help eliminate sting and vibrational feedback from hard hits on and off the barrel. The knob is also geometrically designed to contour to the bottom of player"s hands for nice, smooth, and ergonomic fit.
John
What does 'ring-free barrel technology' do? Oly
While other companies produce bat designs that incorporate aluminum or composite rings inside the barrel walls of their bats, Marucci takes the time and effort to engineer bats that have no rings or limiters / governors within their barrel walls. This feature allows the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) to offer players maximum trampoline effect and more power.
Chinyere

The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) and the 2015 Easton S3 are going to be very similar in design. They both are a one-piece all alloy design with a well balanced swing weight. For a player with his height and weight we would recommend the Hex in a 28"

Could this bat be used for kids that want to hit to get on base and not a home run? My son is only 4 foot 7 and 75 pounds. dean andrews
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) could be used by either a power hitter or contact hitter. It is well balanced and should be a light weight for a contact hitter to generate good bat speed and form with.
Patrick
Do you carry this bat in -9 or -8? baseball
No, we only carry the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) in a -10 drop.
John
Which bat would be better for a 2 or 3 hole hitter who hits for contact but has power. My son is 5 foot 5 and weighs 117 pounds. Would a 31 inch 21 ounce be okay? Also, how does this Marucci Hex bat compare to the Rawlings Prodigy Hybrid with whip technology? The AZX4 alloy vs prodigy alloy? Q
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) and the 2016 Rawlings Prodigy Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (SLRP34) compare extremely closely. That size should work well for your player. The preference between the two would come down to brand or style preference. Both are nice options.
Patrick
How does this bat compare to the Marucci Cat 6? u7 coach pitch
The Marucci CAT 6 and 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 are both very well balanced one-piece alloy bats. The CAT 6 will feature a higher grade alloy.
Marcus
Will this bat dent with rubber cage balls? Is their a warranty against denting? Mike S.
While the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) is covered for denting under warranty, you would still not want to use yellow dimpled cage balls with it as it can cause damage that you would not see with actual softballs.
Patrick
How does this bat compare to the 2016 Easton S3 Senior League model? Brian H.
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 and the 2016 Easton S3 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL16S310 are both excellent baseball bats. Both bats are going to be a -10 one-piece alloy design with a balanced swing weight and similar price tag. The main difference between these two bats is that the 2016 Marucci Hex is going to have a larger barrel diameter at 2 3/4" compared to the 2 5/8" barrel on the 2016 Easton S3.
John
What is the difference between the Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat MSBAHAX10 and the Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat MSBAHAY10? blacksox

John
My son is 55" tall and weighs 56 lbs. He is currently swinging a 27/17. What size do you recommend in the Hex? Joe
Given his height and weight, I would recommend going with the 29" 19 oz. model of the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10.
Marcus
Would you recommend this Marucci MSBAHAX10 or the new 2016 RIP IT for my soon to be 10 year old who is 4 foot 6 and weighs 70 pounds? The last two years he used a 28 inch black RIP IT from 2014. Baseball Dad
Both the 2016 RIP-IT Element ONE Senior League Big Barrel Baseball Bat (SL10B) and the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) are nice options. They are extremely similar by design, so the preference would come down to which style you prefer.
Patrick
My 7 year old swings a 28 inch 18 ounce Rawlings 5150 with a 2 5/8 inch barrel diameter and I was looking for a new one or switching to a different alloy. We will be sticking with -10 and was wondering if the Marucci would be an upgrade? Cwick
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) compares well with the 2016 Rawlings 5150 Senior League Baseball Bat (SL5R34). Given their similarities, it would be tough to say if one would be an upgrade over the other as this would be a matter of preference.
Patrick
Would you recommend this bat for my son who plays 12u travel baseball for a AAA team? He's a good line drive and contact hitter but is looking for more power. Ryan
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) is a one-piece alloy design and this design would be a good option for a power type hitter as the one-piece allows for a stiffer feel. If you wanted to get the "prototypical" power hitter bat, it would be a one-piece bat (either alloy or composite) with an end-loaded swing weight.
Cameron
What would be a benefit getting the 2 5/8 inch barrel diameter bat instead of 2 3/4"? Rob
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 in a 2 3/4 inch barrel would give a player a greater chance of being able to miss hit a ball and still get good distance/feel on the batted ball. The benefit of the 2 5/8 inch barrel would be that this is the barrel size one would have to use in high school and college and also makes players focus more as a poorly hit ball on this barrel size will not be as forgiving as on the 2 3/4 inch barrel.
Cameron
What would the difference between this bat (MSBAHAX10) and the MSBX1014-R Red bat that would make us decide between the two? Banksy
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 is going to feature the AZ4X alloy construction; the construction of this bat will be more durable than the AZ3000 alloy in the Marucci ONE Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBX1014-R Red. Other than that, both bats are good bats to consider and are going to perform similarly. Both bats are one-piece alloy designs with balanced swing weights.
Cameron
Would this be a good bat for my 10 year old who's playing in the Majors Division of Little League? alex
If your player is in the Majors Division of Little League, this bat will not be legal as it has a 2 3/4" barrel diameter. I would recommend viewing the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Youth Baseball Bat (MYBHA12) which has a legal 2 1/4" barrel diameter.
Ben
Is this bat more end loaded or evenly balanced compared to a Cat 6 or any of the Easton 2 piece bats? Andre
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 will feature a balanced swing weight like the Marucci Cat 6 and the Easton two-piece bats that do not feature "XL" in the product heading.
Cameron
What is the difference between the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat than the 2016 Marucci Hex Youth Baseball Bat? aj
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 features a 2 3/4" barrel diameter while the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Youth Baseball Bat: MYBHA12 features a 2 1/4" barrel diameter.
John P.
Is this a big barrel bat? Sean
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 is a big barrel bat as it features a 2 3/4 inch barrel diameter.
Cameron
My son is 13 years old. Is this bat legal for Pony League play? If so, is the youth version also legal? fortheloveofbaseball
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 is not legal for play in Pony. Pony does not allow the barrel diameter to exceed 2 5/8". The youth 2 1/4" barrel option is legal for play in the Pony division of Pony though.
Jason
If I am correct. a Junior Big Barrel bat has a thinner wall than a Senior League Big Barrel bat. Does this mean a JBB bat will be hotter and have more of a trampoline effect than a SLBB bat? If this stands true, the Marucci CAT 6 JBB will be hotter and have more trampoline effect than the Marucci Hex Alloy SLBB. joe 1
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 will have thicker barrel walls than the Marucci CAT 6 Junior Big Barrel Baseball Bat: MJBBC6. In essence, the Marucci CAT 6 Junior Big Barrel Baseball Bat: MJBBC6 would be hotter as it will feature thinner barrel walls compared to the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10. However, the Marucci CAT 6 Junior Big Barrel Baseball Bat: MJBBC6 is designed for coach pitch only leagues as these thinner barrel wall bats will dent very easily and become defective when velocity is over 40 MPH. Also, a Junior Big Barrel bat is designed for younger players who will not be able to generate as much bat speed as high bat speed can also lead to the bat becoming defective in a short amount of time.
Cameron
What size bat do you recommend for my son. He's 4'10" and 75 lbs. Batdad
Based on your son's height and weight, I would recommend that he swing a 30" length. That would be a 30" 20 oz. in this particular model of the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10.
Nick
My son is 4'5" and weighs 63 pounds. He's been hitting with the 28" MAKO junior 2 3/4" big barrel, but hasn't gotten nearly as much pop as with his former 28" Easton S3 2 1/4" bat he used last spring. Suggestions? clark
Based upon your son's height and weight, I would recommend using a 29" 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10.
John P.
How does this bat compare to the Anderson Flex for a 12 year old? He is about 5' tall and weighs 95 lbs. Is a 30" or 31", -10 a better size? cruz
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 and the Anderson Flex are two very comparable bats. They both feature one-piece alloy designs with balanced swing weights and have similar performances. Based on his height and weight, we suggest a 30" model.
Jason
Can this bat be used in Little League? Henry
This 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) has a 2 3/4" barrel diameter and will not be allowed for use in any division of Little League because of that diameter.
Ben
What is the difference in the 2015 Hex Alloy and the 2016 Hex Alloy? What size bat would my 10 year old, 56", and 83 pound son need? Gtsmom
Actually, the only Hex Alloy bat that has been released is this 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10). There actually was not a 2015 model of the Hex Alloy. Based upon your player's height and weight, my general suggestion would be a 29" option of this 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10). As long as your player can handle the 19 oz weight of the 29" option of this bat, I would recommend that size option.
Ben
When does this bat commonly go on sale? Tony
We can't put a bat on sale until a manufacturer allows us to drop the minimum advertised pricing. Marucci has not yet but there are getting ready to release a bunch of new models, so they may allow us too. Just not sure yet.
Damon
My son is just under 100 lbs and is 5'3" playing 14U this fall/next spring. We need a drop 5 or 3 - makes a lot of contact but doesn't hit for power. Used a 31/19 for most of the season and 31/21 when we faced slower pitching. We need something that is not end loaded. Was looking at this bat or any other bat you suggest. Also, do you think we should consider dropping to a 30" now that the bat is going to be much heavier? Mike D
You could definitely drop to a 30" if you feel like it was needed. But I think he will be fine with a 31". I would highly recommend the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10. It is a very balanced bat and will feel light.
Carter
(1) From my understanding, this can be used in Top Gun travel ball, but can not be used in Little League Recreation ball; is that correct? (2) Also, my son is 9 yrs old and he is 4'7" and 65 pounds. I was thinking about the 29"/19 oz size. Is that what you would recommend? RALPH TURNAGE
(1) This 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) features USSSA 1.15 BPF certification and a 2 3/4" barrel diameter. Because of those features, it should be legal in just about all travel ball circuits, but will not be allowed in any division of Little League sanctioned baseball. (2) Based upon your player's height and weight, my general recommendation would be to go with the 29" length option as long as your player can handle the resulting 19 oz weight.
Ben
Can you use a 27" 17 oz. bat in kid pitch? Brian Pichon
The 27" 17 oz. 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 is intended to be used for kid pitch. Since it is a senior league model, it has thicker barrel walls to withstand the pitching speeds of kid pitch.
Angelique
I am looking at the 30"/20 for my 10 year old. Do you have another bat you'd recommend comparing to this one? Arice
If you wanted another bat to which you could compare this 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10), I would recommend looking at the 2016 Louisville Slugger Omaha 516 Senior League Baseball Bat (SLO516X). Both bats are 2 3/4" barrel, all-aluminum and both receive solid reviews from customers. I think a comparison of the two would be good to check out.
Ben
What size Hex would you recommend for an 8 yr old, 4'9" 88 lbs? Have been swinging a 2014 Easton XL3 28/19. SST
Based on your son's height and weight, we would recommend getting the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 in a 30 inch 20 ounce model.
Cameron
My son has been swinging an Easton MAKO for the past 2 years. He's 5'1" and weighs about 136 lbs. His current bat is a 29"/19 oz size. What size bat should we get? Shane
Based upon your player's height and weight, you could consider moving him to a 31" length bat. I might suggest looking for a bat with a -5 or -8 length-to-weight ratio. This 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) with its -10 length-to-weight ratio might be a little light for him at his size.
Ben
My son is 5'3" and a slender 85 lbs. He swings his younger brother's Hex Alloy 29"/19 oz and hammers it. What size would be appropriate for him (I'm thinking 31"/21 oz)? Mike
Based upon your player's height and weight, I think that a 30" length of bat would be good for him. Since he has been using a 29"/19 oz size and been doing well, I don't think you need to move all the way up to the 31"/21 oz size. However, we have this 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) in the 30" and 31" sizes. The 30" would be best for this exact point in time, but the 31" would last the longest for him into the future.
Ben
My kid is 4'2" tall and he weighs about 82 lbs. He's 7 years old. What size should he use? Tyson
We would suggest a 28-29" length of bat for someone his size.
Kyle J.
Did Marucci drop this bat from the 2017 lineup? I can't seem to find a newer version, which is terrifying because this bat is so good! Josh
No, Marucci did make the Hex Alloy for 2017. We have it in a -9 version, the MSBAHAX9.
Kyle J.
How would this compare to the Easton S3 senior league 2.75 barrel in regards to pop and durability? C
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 is similar to the Easton S3, as both feature the same construction design, one piece alloy.
Logan
My 6 yr old son is playing 7U coach pitch and using a Easton Mako Beast 26/14. His league just banned the use of composite bats so his coach recommended the Hex Alloy bat. Do you recommend this bat or a Cat 6 or Cat 7 in 26/16? He will be playing kid pitch in a couple if seasons. Ptepoe
If you wanted to use the bat for more than a couple seasons I would recommend the 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) in a 27/17. If you were just planning on getting a bat for the end of coach pitch I would recommend getting the Marucci Cat 7 Junior Big Barrel in the 26/16.
Carter

The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 would be a good bat for you. Although because of your height and age I would suggest going to a -8 or a -5.
Max

My son is 8 going on 9 and he's playing now in coach pitch but next year will be in kid pitch, so we need a good bat for him. brea
The 2016 Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 is a great bat to consider for a player seeking a bat for kid pitch. This bat will feature a two-piece fully composite design with a balanced swing weight. The two-piece design will help ease the stinging sensation a player feels when not squaring up the ball and the balanced swing weight will make it easier for younger players to handle.

Yes, these bats purchased new will still have the 12 month warranty through Marucci.
Kyle J.
How does this bat compare to the 2018 Cat 7? Angela
This Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) is similar to the 2018 Marucci CAT 7 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBC7X10) in its basic design. Both bats are one-piece, all-alloy bats. However, the Cat 7 will feature advanced alloy material, a larger sweet spot and an anti-vibration knob.
Ben
I have a young 9 year old who is swinging a 28/18 with solid contact, however I worry a bit about bat speed, he is 52 inches/68 lbs. Does he need to stay where he is, or could he benefit from the Hex 27/17? RJ
Per your son's height and weight, we would recommend using the Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 in a 28 inch model. If you feel his bat speed would be slowed down considerably using a 28 inch model then there is certainly nothing wrong with going down one inch and one ounce.
Cameron
How would this bat compare to the Marucci F5? jbat
The main differences between the Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 and the F5 are that the Hex Alloy offers a sting free comfort knob to reduce sting on contact while the F5 will offer a multi-wall construction to expand the sweet spot and improve the overall durability.
Tyler
Do they make a 28-18? All I see are 27-17. jerry
The Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 was made in a 28/18 but we have sold out of all sizes minus the 27/17. Since this bat is a closeout model we will not be able to restock any sizes.
Cameron
Are the Rawlings bats made in the USA? Mike
No, Rawlings bats are not made in the USA.
Kyle J.
Does this Hex Alloy senior league come in 30 inch drop 8? Charles Trahan
Unfortunately the Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBAHAX10 is only featured in a -10. If you are seeking a -8 bat, then the one you want to consider is the Marucci CAT 7 Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBYC78.
Cameron
My son is in coach pitch. Can he use this bat? Nicole
As long as your player is allowed to use bats that have a 2 3/4" barrel and the USSSA 1.15 stamp, this Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBAHAX10) should be all good for use.
