Description

Everything about the new RIP-IT Element TWO BBCOR Baseball Bat: BAC is smooth. From the way the barrel glides effortlessly through the hitting zone, to the modern colorway and graphics its high-tech construction is wrapped in. A ton of R&D has gone into this new two-piece hybrid design, and it all starts with the materials its made from. In the barrel, you've got their most advanced and powerful metal yet: the R4 Alloy. This new alloy is blend is what helps the Element TWO BBCOR reach top-end swing speeds with enough punch to drive the ball around the yard. By utilizing the new R4 Composite material for the handle of the bat, the engineering team at RIP-IT was able to shift even more weight from above the player's hands to the knob of the bat. This shift in weight further reduces the MOI of the bat, making the bat swing even faster than its predecessor. Speaking of MOI, RIP-IT has specifically engineered this bat with the ideal MOI and swing weight for your elite 1-3 type hitters in the line up. The RIP-IT Element TWO BBCOR Baseball Bat: BAC features a 2 5/8" barrel diameter, -3 length to weight ratio, and is BBCOR Certified for High School and Collegiate play.

If people only knew C. Jones parent

Pros: The bat is perfectly balanced!!!!!! The hitter has total control over his swing, and a smooth swing means better speed and With speed also comes power!!!!!!

Cons: Not enough people know about RIP IT bats. They are consistently some of the best bats on the market, but a smaller company and I mean smaller compared to easton or Louie Ville Slugger, RIP IT does not advertise like some of the giants out there. My son loves his bat and I am sure we will get another RIP IT when it comes time!!!!!!

Good Bat! Lyndon Carson player

Pros: Nice vibration, sounds great, good pop, it broke in really quick. I had an Easton Mako before. There's no comparison, the Element blows it out of the water!

Cons: The sweet spot is not quite as big as I thought it would, other than that its great.

Solid so far Howard Kaplin parent

Pros: Bat is for a 14 year old who plays both middle school/travel and freshmen HS. In his first 2 games he smoked a double and had 3 other AB's that the ball came flying off the bat! Loves the feel and as a line drive hitter loves the control!

Cons: Nothing yet!

Great bang for the buck. TIM RUARK parent

Pros: We just purchased two bats from Justbats.com as a dual bat combo. Marucci Black Ops(Reel tree) and the Element 2. My son wasn't too impressed with the Marucci Black Ops since his primary bat is A Marucci CAT5. We took the Element 2 to cage practice. He does batting practice @ a local community college with college batting coach. First few swings he it the ball...... it makes a crushing sound compared to the CAT5(ping). He looks at me after the first few hits and says.........this is the bat! This bat weighed in at 28.2 oz(postal scale) as did his Marucci's. This bat feels more balanced IMO to me. And lighter. My son is small for 14 years old. Maybe 5'. Play AA Select ball.

Cons: Every other kid will want to use it.

Not the sexy choice but what does that mean Matthew Phillips coach

Pros: This bat has everything needed to hit the ball consistently. It does not have the big name nor is placed in the front of the catalog, but this company does not pay for such advertising. The bat of the Little League World Series pays dearly to be on television to tell parents and children they must use this because this is the best. In turn, the consumer pays a higher price for that slick advertising that does not make your child better. Time for coaches to learn quality from high in visibility; low in productivity.

Cons: Lack of talent of a given player. There is some vibration, but hey, you are swing a stick at a moving object. If your child cannot handle vibration then they will experience this in a similar way no matter what the bat claims. The only difference is that if I pay more money the equipment is better. Most of the time this is not true. This bat is solid and sounds great swing after swing. Could there be issues with cracks, dents or other problems? Yes, it is manmade and the other products have issues too. Great bat, great price, gives your child the chance to hit a baseball solidly. Anything else the adult needs to look at issues with their child not their equipment.

Good Bat But Not Balanced Mark parent

Pros: good pop, solid bat

Cons: SMALL sweet spot, not balanced as advertised. When compared to any other "balanced" bat. this easily has the most end load.

Questions and Answers

Have a question about the RIP-IT Element TWO BBCOR Baseball Bat: BAC? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

How similar is this bat to the 2016 Rawlings Velo? JHalt
Given that the 2016 RIP-IT Element TWO BBCOR Baseball Bat (BAC) is a hybrid design, and the 2016 Rawlings VELO BBCOR Baseball Bat (BBRV3) is a single-piece alloy, they are fairly different by design. The performance of the barrel of the bat should be the same but the balance and the feel will be different in some ways.
Patrick
Of the two new models for 2016 which one is the best match to last years B1503A? Sully
I do believe that the 2016 RIP-IT Element TWO BBCOR Baseball Bat: BAC is going to be the best match to last years 2015 RIP-IT AIR BBCOR Baseball Bat: B1503A as they both will feature a balanced swing weight with an alloy barrel. The other 2016 RIP-IT Element ONE BBCOR Baseball Bat: BA will feature an end-loaded swing weight which makes it the most different from the other two.
John
Does the RIP IT ELEMENT 2 need a breaking in period? Will
Most manufacturers are currently listing composite bats released for 2016 as being "hot out of the wrapper". I would imagine that this 2016 RIP-IT Element TWO BBCOR Baseball Bat (BAC) should be ready to perform from the outset as well. If you are concerned, just allow for a short 50 connection period from soft toss or tee work.
Ben
How is the durability of the bat? Jaron Hendrickson
For the most part, initial durability reviews for this 2016 RIP-IT Element TWO BBCOR Baseball Bat (BAC) have been solid. We have one durability complaint so far in our reviews, but I think there is a good shot that the bat should hold up well for you if you decide to purchase.
Ben
Can this bat be used for Juniors Little League? S
The 2016 RIP-IT Element TWO BBCOR Baseball Bat: BAC features the BBCOR certification and an aluminum barrel so it will not be legal for play within the Junior division of Little League.

How does this bat compare to the DeMarini NVS in balance and barrel size? wags68
This 2016 RIP-IT Element TWO BBCOR Baseball Bat (BAC) and the Vexxum NVS will be very similar in their design as they are both hybrid bats (alloy barrel and composite handle). As well, both bats will be pretty balanced in their feel. However, in regard to barrel length, I think that this Element TWO will have the slight edge with a longer barrel length.
Ben
What is the difference between this bat and the RIP-IT Helium? Matteo
The 2016 RIP-IT Element TWO BBCOR Baseball Bat: BAC has a two-piece, hybrid construction with a composite handle and an alloy barrel. The RIP-IT Helium BBCOR Baseball Bat: B1503H has a two-piece, fully alloy design and the barrel is compressed using helium gas that creates more of a trampoline effect.
Angelique
