What is the difference in the rating of 1.20 vs 1.21 ? What bats are rated 1.21 ?
Bat Performance Factor (BPF) measures the force at which a ball exits a bat when it is not in motion. This limits how fast a ball can come off a bat. The higher the BPF, the higher performing the bat will be. There are some Senior Softball Bats that exceed the 1.20 BPF standard like the Miken Ultra II. tThese bats are only approved for Senior Softball Associations as they are too hot for ASA and USSSA standards.

Senior softball bats typically have thinner walls and are know to be higher performing than non-Senior softball bats.
I'm new to softball and I was just wondering what the difference is in the oz.?
This model (and almost all other slow pitch bats) will come in one length...34 inches. Weight will vary, usually between 26 ounces and 30 ounces. This model comes in a 26 oz, 27 oz, 28 oz, and 30 oz. As of 8/5/11 we're out of stock in the 28 oz, but should be getting more around mid-August.
