Description

Over the years, Easton has become known for its innovative designs and high standards for performance. This year, Easton introduces a new bat to market that just might be the most innovative design the softball world has ever seen. The days of debating between buying aluminum or composite are over, as the Easton CV12 brings players the best of both worlds! The CV12 is a one-piece, multi-wall aluminum bat with a composite inner core. The construction of the CV12 starts with Easton's patented Integrated Matrix Technology, or IMX. The IMX composite is formed into a lightweight inner tube that acts as the backbone of the CV12, giving it extraordinary durability and performance. The IMX core is then fitted with an ultra thin aluminum shell that is designed to provide maximum trampoline effect and smooth feeling swing like you've never experienced! This bat is truly a hitter's delight. The CV12 features a balanced swing weight which helps players generate faster bat speeds and better bat control. The ultra thin 29/32 inch handle is wrapped with a Pro-Tack cushioned grip that gives players a comfortable grip and helps eliminates sting on mishit pitches. Easton: Know-Feel-Be The Difference! The CV12 comes with a Full 400 Day Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Pros: Good bat for power hitters (slightly end loaded), but pretty well balanced and light enough for average hitters. Good pop right out of the box (even better after break-in period). Good durability.

Cons: none

Pros: This is a great bat with some super pop. My daughter is a large framed 8 year old and the very first day we got this bat my girl had a game and hit 2 doubles, a triple and a grand slam. Seems to be no break in period. It seems to be end loaded but if they can get it around to make contact that ball is going somewhere.

Cons: None!!!

Pros: I'm only 10 years old and the ball bounces right off the bat. First time I used it the ball was going into the outfield. My dad did not want to buy a $100 bat so he bought this one because it was a cheap price. I love this bat because of the pop.

Cons: None

Pros: I purchased this bat and wanted to give my daughter a few games with it before reviewing. After multiple ASA games and Little League District tournament there is no doubt that the bat has helped her game. She is only in the 9-10yr old division and has been putting more balls into the outfield than she ever did with her old bat. Her team is currently playing for state Little League title and are 2-0 so far in the series. Definately worth the investment!

Cons: None yet.

Pros: Best bat at this price. Went to test it with my 10yr old daughter today (fresh out the wrapper) and first pitch and her first swing sent the ball over the fence. No break in needed. If it gets better after break in I will be even more impressed. This bat has great pop! She only came within a bounce or two of fence with her old bat. I also bought her an Atmos and she hit the fence twice with that one! Both well priced bats so I bought them both, since some leagues don't allow composites.

Cons: None Yet.

Old Ball Coach

Pros: Bought this bat as an upgrade for my 10 year old. Instant 20-30% gain in distance. This bat has good pop and the ball jumps if they make good contact. This bat would be good for a batter of any size as long as they have good bat speed and make good contact.

Cons: Nothing to this point. The bat does feel a little end loaded but that can be adjusted by hand placement.
