Pros: Huge sweet spot, no sting, great grip, cant wait for the season to start.
Cons: Not as much pop as the first Surge.
Pros: great handle great sound, light swing, good pop
Cons:
Pros: --Actually has good pop --Balanced --Looks great
Cons:
Pros: Good Balance. Nice Grip. Seems Durable.
Cons: Not as much pop as some of the other BBCOR bats we have on the team
Pros: great sweet spot, nice feel, easy swing, good pop
Cons:
Pros: Great pop for a BBCOR. Looks great. Huge sweet spot
Cons: Paint chips easily, not as much pop as the XXL
Pros: very little vibration (even if the ball is hit on the end of the bat), even weight distribution that allows for a comfortable grip and feel in hands (all other bbcor bats are top heavy), seems to last (no flat spots after using like the omaha
Cons: unfortunately it is still a bbcor bat. arguably the worst sounding bat in the game. the barrel seems to flex maybe too much at times with faster pitching. maybe not as much "pop" as say the omaha (giving up some pop for the even weight distribution is worth it).
Pros: this is the best bat on the market for power
Cons: balance takes a while getting used to
Pros: Great pop. Looks good.
Cons: Old surge had better pop
Pros: Good POP, No sting/vibration, Great flex, Good grip, Overall really effective!
Cons: None
Pros: Great Grip with or without batting gloves on. Pretty good pop in the barrel. Literally no vibration at all with off centered hits. Looks great.
Cons: Pretty noticable that it is top heavy. May take a little getting used to but once you do it is grip and rip.
Pros: awsome bat with amazing pop and perfect weight balance
Cons:
Pros: For a BBCOR bat this bat has very good pop, it is very slightly end loaded, but it is still pretty balanced. It is not very forgiving on off center hits though.
Cons: I personally do not like the grip
Pros: good grip, good pop for a bbcor, little top heavy but when you get used to it you dont even notice
Cons: paint chips easily, smaller grip than other bats
Pros: I always thought that BBCOR bats would be horrible. After using this bat in a game, it changed my thought about them. First at bat i got an rbi single. Second at bat, i had a deep bomb it to the center fielder. BBCOR is just as good as BESR. Only a small difference.
Cons: I changed the grip. Not a big deal. Other than that, excellent bat.
Pros: Great Pop. Best BBcor i have used. Overall best BBcor bat on the market so far.
Cons: Not one.
Pros: Great pop, little vibration, good grip...great bat for a BBCOR bat...hits ALOT better than my BBCOR Voodoo does!
Cons: Paint chips easily
Pros: bat has great pop. didnt think it would be as good as my voodoo BBCOR but surprisingly better. huge sweet spot.
Cons: little top heavy but not bad at all.
Pros: good bat no vibration at all definite reduction in distance because of bbcor can not judge against other bbcor bats

Cons: It almost sounds like you're hitting with wood, it doesn't have great pop either . Also the barrel has a strange taper to it.
Pros: Good Pop1
Cons: Bat cracks!
Pros: The easton surge is a very easy to swing bat, light on its top section and also the bottom section, the "sweet spot" on the bat is in a very marked out position and it is a lot easier to strike than the easton reflex.
Cons: The easton surge is a great bat and there are not many bad things to put down about this bat, the weight, and length, (chosen by the buyer) are perfect in ratio settings and it is a very good all round bat.
Pros: Good balance. That's about it.
Cons: Grip started coming undone after 2 weeks and bat lost pop after only 2 months. My soon went back to an older bat and hit the ball a good 40 feet further.
Pros: Nice pop. Light weight. Good grip. Got my first home run with this bat. everybody on my team wants to useit. Has SWAG!!!!
Cons: Has a preety long neck.
Pros: First -3 bbcor bat we've purchased. Has better pop than I was expecting.
Cons:
Pros: Good balance. Great price. 1st BBCOR so hard to judge impact. Son moving up to SR Babe Ruth/Freshman HS ball
Cons: So far no Cons
Pros: Wow! I must say that the BAD reviews about this bat are mostly incorrect! I grabbed the bat and hit about 40 balls off the tee in the cages yesterday. I wanted to break the bat in a little. I was Impressed, so I let my son use it during BP and he said it felt amazing. The sound is definitely NOT I repeat NOT BBCORish. The ball flies off the bat. It sounds more like a Composite/BBCOR if you can imagine that. Look forward to seeing him use it this Fall league season.
Cons: NONE! I repeat NONE! I am very picky on how I spend my money, especially when it comes buying these expensive bats that are out there today. Don't let the price fool you! Better yet buy the bat pack Surge/Combat 52 Caliber!
Pros: great bat, even better price. saved 50.00 over the huge box store here. same bat same everything. Cannot go wrong with this bat
Cons: None
Pros: Great pop and great grip.Best BBCOR bat i've ever had.
Cons: none
Pros: Good Sweet Spot
Cons: Top Heavy, not as much pop as other bbcor's
Pros: This bat is just amazing and has great pop
Cons: NONE
Pros: Decent pop. Great grip. no vibration.
Cons: yop heavy. not as much pop as other bbcor bats.
Pros: Great grip, a little top heavy. Great for power and contact hitters. I'm both, 1 homer!
Cons: A little top heavy.
Pros: Good bat while it lasted. Has a lot of pop and a nice size sweet spot. Looks good too
Cons: Grip tape starts falling apart and coming off within the first couple of weeks of using the bat. I bought 2 of these bats within a 4 month period and the middle CXN peice came lose and broke on both bats. It is a weak bat when it comes to durability
Pros: Used this bat last year batted 3rd all year with it great pop and insane grips hit it to the fence multiple times with this bat. Also no sting whatsoever feels like your hitting a cloud.
Cons: none really only a little top heavy more for stronger hitters with good bat speed.
Pros: awesome pop and great grip
Cons: none
Pros: I got this bat for Christmas (31/28) and I love it. The grip is amazing, and it has nice pop. Even-weighted until you get the 33/30. Love the sound of the bat. My fav is the 5150 Velo, and then this. Excellent bat.
Cons: Are you kidding me? Absolutely none!
Pros: Awesome bat, hits better than all other Easton's (S1, S2, and S3). Doesn't sound good, but has unbelievable pop!
Cons: The glue that keeps the top on chips and makes it rattle. Not a problem. Just is annoying.
Pros: This bat looks amazing and feels amazing through the zone. It's an amazing buy. The grip tape is cool and has great grip even without gloves.
Cons: The tape unravels easily. The connection piece slides on and off in the center but nothing that will really effect the performance. Like I said, it's great buy!
Pros: Huge sweet spot and great grip.
Cons: It's a little top heavy.
Pros: Good pop - sounds like wood - they do not make this bat anymore - I would buy another one just to have since it is not made anymore and this is a close out sale
Cons: non really to this point.
Pros: 3rd time buying this bat, 2nd BBCOR model. 1st BBCOR started rattling 2 weeks into my fall season but didn't affect performance at all. Buying a 2nd one just for game use. Love the grip, look, feel, and pop in this bat.
Cons: None, I will continue to buy this bat for the rest of my college career if it's available
Pros: Didn't break.
Cons: Unfortunately this is one of the worst bat purchases we have ever made. My son is now 14 and we have jumped from DeMarini, to Easton, to Louisville Slugger TPX to Rawlings 5150. When he was young I bought the most expensive thinking it was the best. Now he's at the bbcor age and swings a Davy Jones Proteus wood and the Rawlings 5150. The Easton Surge was the one bat he ever swung where I could see, from the first hit, that nothing happened. It's a dead 2x4. It feels heavier than its rated. Just a waste of money. He used it during a couple of cage sessions and now we have it propped in a corner. Just an all around bad bat.
Pros: This bat is cheap but it's a really good bat. It has a lot of pop for a two year old bat I still hit the ball really hard.
Cons: None.
Pros: Good pop, not the best, but good for price. Nice slight, end loaded feel for that bit of extra swing speed.
Cons: BREAKS-IN VERY EASY. I've gone through two. One lasted a month, and the other only one practice. Most likely won't buy another because of this. Get a couple in a pack if you really want this bat.
Pros: My son has used this bat for two seasons so we knew what we were getting when we ordered it. Excellent pop minimal vibration. A solid bat at an unbelievable price!
Cons: Nothing
Pros: awesome bat, very good pop, minimal vibration. It breaks in really fast. awesome all around bat. get it!! really balanced too.
Cons: everybody wants to use it on my team. they love how balanced it is
Pros: I'm 13 years old and I just purchased this bat today. I had a practice on a 300 foot field, within the first 10 hits I hammered one over the fence! This is by far the best bat I have ever owned, and I've been playing baseball since about 7 years old!
Cons: There is not any cons, this is a flawless bat!!
Pros: Great pop and all-around great bat!!
Cons: Easily gets a rattle but Easton's customer service is great
Pros:
Cons:
Pros: Good pop at least of the tee.
Cons: Not sure yet just hit about 150-200 balls off the tee.
Pros: Nothing is good.
Cons: It snaps like a twig.
Pros: It has pop
Cons: None
