Pros: Amazing bat, has a nice swing and the paint does not chip off. Great price for this bat. Cushiony texture for better griping. All around the bat hits harder and the ball flies.

Cons: None.

Pros: Excellent bat for the price. My 11 year old daughter has been hitting the ball about 150 feet with this bat. She and her friends love this bat. I only wish it was an ounce or 2 heavier.

Cons: None, but the people that complain about dents, don't hit anything but softballs. I would let her use it with batting cage balls and I have heard that hitting smaller balls(baseball or smaller batting cage balls will dent almost all softball bats, even your $300 bats.

Nice Bat for the price Steve S parent

Pros: Durable, cheap and hot out of the wrapper, nice aluminum bat for hitting practice so you don't ruin your better bats at BP. I bought this bat for my 13 year old daughter exclusively to hit off the pitching machine & for one of the leagues she is in that does not allow composite or hybrid bats. If you are a parent or player who needs a bat and don't want to spend a bunch of money but get results I would recommend this one.

Cons: For the price I have no complaints, please keep in mind this is good for BP work.

Hello - Just wondering why there seems to be only one alunimum fastpitch bat that is 32" and it isn't a -10. I was trying to match length and weight of a comp bat with one in alumnimum for cage use. Any thoughts? Thanks. Glenn

Is it a better built bat than their Cyclone, and will it handle up to multiple seasons of softball? sgt borg
The 2013 Easton Typhoon: FP13TY Fastpitch bat contains slightly better materials than the Cyclone: FP13CY. Price is a good indicator of the quality of materials used in a bat, and the higher quality bats have a better chance of lasting durability. It's difficult to estimate the life of any bat, but with good care, you may get a couple season's worth of use out of these two models.
