This Louisville Slugger M9 Maple Wood Bat (WBM914-71CBH) is the newest version of the M9 271 turn model from Slugger while the (M9C271BHC) is the discontinued version. Aside from a slight change in the logos on the barrel, these two bats are the same. Louisville Slugger changed their logos last year and changed all of their bat models to reflect this. For players in the 15-18 year old divisions, this would be a great wood bat option. It conforms to BBCOR testing but does not need a BBCOR stamp, as it's made from one solid piece of Maple. For the specific requirements of your league, it's best to check with a coach or league director.
