Description
The Louisville Slugger TPX Omaha has been the go-to bat for millions of players for over a decade. In fact, the Omaha brand is THE best-selling baseball bat over the past ten years. This season, the completely reinvented Omaha Balanced begins a whole new era for the most trusted name in bats. Made from Louisville Slugger's classic ST+20 Alloy, the TPX Omaha Balanced BBCOR will provide long-lasting durability and the consistently solid performance its fans have become accustomed to. The TPX Omaha Balanced BBCOR has a one-piece construction with a stiff handle that allows more barrel flex to give players greater trampoline effect and higher performance on every swing. Inside the barrel, Flex Band Technology allows for one of the lightest swing weights among all alloy BBCOR bats on the market. This one inch graphite band allows the sweet spot to feel just like your old BESR bat! The bat is topped off with a Two-Color Endcap that locks energy in the barrel to give players even more explosive hits. With a cushioned synthetic grip on the 31/32 inch tapered handle, the Omaha Balanced is as comfortable in your hands as it is high performing. This year's model features unprecedented balance for a BBCOR bat, making it incredibly easy to stay in control and connect on the long ball! Louisville Slugger: Be the Best, or Swing the Rest! The TPX Omaha is BBCOR Certified and approved for high school and collegiate play. It is backed by a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Monstars CF
Pros: This bat swung very light as others have mentioned. Went with a 32" because my old 33" was too heavy on the end. This bat feels extremely light. If you are looking the lightest BBCOR bat I would recommend this one.
Cons: Sound, has a weird ping. Different than other bats on my team
Baseball3

Cons: None!
Basball Hut
Pros: Good pop, well balanced. LS has very easy and quick return policy.
Cons: We have gone through 2 of these since the beginning of the season. Our team has actually gone through 4. In all instances the cap came flying off and cracked. LS says they have fixed the problem, but the early runs will still have these issues. I would only get bats directly from LS to guarantee they haven't been sitting in a warehouse as a first run.
The Rock
Pros: Used it for the first time yesterday, very balanced great pop. Always thought it was a cheap bat, it isn't well worth your money.

Louisville Slugger tpx omaha balanced sean bartro player
Pros: 1)You know you hit it well with this bat based on the sound 2)Very balanced; you dint get that with many bats except the Louisville slugger. easton and demarini are top heavy so you will be more of a slap hitter with those bats but you will get extra base hits with this bat 3) Besides performance the look is awesome!!! it looks like the old timberwolves jerseys
Cons: Louisville slugger didn't remake it. It is now the assault The handle gets dirty It vibrates when you don't hit it clean in cold weather

good bat louisville bats player
Pros: good pop and very well balanced.
Cons: loud ping and bat tap gets extremely dirty very fast.
broke after using in cold weather johnny baseball player
Pros: really low swing weight, good pop
Cons: something inside the barrel broke and now rattles around. Used in a lot of practices and about 20 games
Very Good. Rocky player
Pros: Very nice to swing. Very balanced. Our JV 4 hitter consistently hits 300ft+ with bat.
Cons: White grip gets dirty really quick. Very loud ping, umpire and other coach questioned if it was BBCOR.
Greatest bat on the market Jake from State Farm player
Pros: If your a power or contact hitter, this is the bat for you. No joke. Sweet spot feels like nothing, ball flys off the bat. even ground balls get hit hard with the omaha. Within 3 games of use i already hit my first bomb of my career. The new balanced feel is not a lie, you would think being a one piece it would be end weighted. Not even close. Balanced feel, stiff swing through the zone. If you wanna hit the ball to the moon, this is the bat for you
Cons: vibrates alot if not hit on the sweetspot, chips paint easily. Nothing major that cant be corrected with practice, or if you dont care if it gets scratched.
great bat SportzFanatic57 player
Pros: very very light good overall feel
Cons: the pop could be a little better but the light weight makes up for it
Great Bat MD parent
Pros: Balanced weight makes it easy for a small youth to swing. I was worried about going to a drop three since my son is small but he swings this bat with ease (29/26).
Cons: White grip get dirty easy but that is just baseball.
Great bat Matt player
Pros: Lots of pop Good looking Very balanced and light weight Best BBCOR bat for the pprice
Cons: Grip falls off quickly so id take it off and get some lixard skin
best bat i have owned brandon player
Pros: has a great ping, i have used it for 2 years and it still hits like its brand new amazing bat
Cons: Absolutely none

About the Brand
In 1842, J. Frederick Hillerich emigrated with his family from Baden-Baden, Germany to the United States. Eight years before, the 1834 Book of Sports had made its debut as the nation's first publication covering baseball. But when he arrived in Baltimore, J. Frederick Hillerich would never have dreamed of the future impact his family would have on America's favorite pastime.
After a short while, the Hillerichs moved to Louisville, where J. Fred started a woodworking shop in 1856. Two of his sons, Adam and John Andrew "Bud" were born in the United States and would later join their father in his business. By 1864 "J.F. Hillerich, Job Turning" was in operation and filled orders for businesses by custom-turning everything from balusters to bedposts.
The firm thrived, and by 1875 the little woodworking shop employed about 20 people. In 1880 Bud Hillerich, who was an amateur baseball player, became an apprentice in his father's shop. Young Bud made his own baseball bats along with bats for several of his teammates.
The debate over the origins of the first bat continues to generate controversy among baseball enthusiasts, but the younger Hillerich was most certainly involved in getting his father's business involved with what would become the company's signature item. According to company legend, the first bat was turned by Bud for Pete "The Old Gladiator" Browning in 1884. Browning was a star on Louisville's professional American Association team - the Eclipse. On a spring afternoon Bud, then seventeen, witnessed Browning break his favorite bat. Bud offered to make a bat for his hero, and Browning accepted. After the young wood shop apprentice lathed a quality stick from white ash, according to the story, Browning got three hits with it in the next game.
Louisville Slugger gloves are worn by more pitchers in Major League Baseball than any other glove.
