I think the Team bat is comparable to the CAT 5, but it will be hard to match the CAT 5's performance. If you prefer a one-piece bat, go with the Team, if you have traditionally used two-piece bats with success, go with the Marucci Black.

Would it be too heavy, in your opinion, for a 13 year old who is 5'3" and 100 pounds?
Based on that height and weight, a 29" bat is recommended. Since the smallest size we currently have available is a 31" 28oz, these sizes will probably be too large for you. However, if you feel like you can swing a 31" bat, then I say go for it! It shouldn't hurt anything.
