i was thinking about buying the voodoo bt than i saw this bat.witch would give my 10 yr old 4 foot 6 69 pound son a better chance to hit the ball far?
The Voodoo is a two piece hybrid bat. The Velo is a one piece alloy bat with a lighter swing weight. If your son has average or below average swing speed, I recommend the Velo. If he has above average swing speed, I recommend the Voodoo.
Dose the 5150 velo have the new 2012 USSSA stamp.
The Rawlings 5150 VELO does have the new USSSA stamp, but does feature the old markings.
